Is Courtois still on loan? If not sell Cech and don't get Casillas as Thibaut is a beast and is your first team starter for 10+ years.

No I have Courtois back from loan I was thinking of rotating Courtois and Cech If I sell Cech and don't sign Casillas than I'm only left with Thibaut and Schwarzer

No deal for Varane. You can get him a lot cheaper. Signed him for 14m in first season. And Carvalho depends on what update your on. If LFC Marshall then definitely deal as he got a massive upgrade.
