Won everything with 3 teams in first season,and now crushing Seria A with latest V.3,you can not fail,just have some solid shooters is middle,decent pace at the back and basicly thats all,but remember if you give yout *** manager to take team talks make sure that his Motivation is very high!And find 2 good fitnnes coaches,and one defending and attacking coaches,keep all players happy and you can not fail with Shield Wall,i didnt test other tactic here because Shild wall is everything that I need,my philosophy is to not concede many goals and have a steal defence,in one word Shield Wall realy makes me happy,enjoy!! :)

I have reset set pieces to default and still smashing teams and playing lovely football. Goals coming from all over the place.
