Blackpool Game description

This was the team I decided to start with against Blackpool:

I chose to start Meakin on the right because Henderson was playing poorly and for some odd reason Williams had a condition on 85% (he has been having the same condition for all the matches we have played so far don't knw why... maybe he is unfit), and I bought Ross in the Cb position and shifted the Arabic Russian Monster to DM as questra needed some rest.... the rest was pretty much the same...

And my selection paid off as everyone had a great game View attachment 353553


We created a lot of chances, gave away very few and overall were amazing with our gameplay, Lewie Roberts was the show stealer thou as he scored a goal after an eternity and also set up Bjunes who missed his chance, Max got a bit tired towards the end of the match, so I replaced him with Keane and guess what Keane scored the goal of the match.....
another good performance from the lads.... so very happy, we are now top of the league and hopefully we can stay there for the rest of the season.....
and yeah sorrry matt smith!! but Lewie and Bjunes are a cracking pair! And our captain is great as well!​

Hey mate dont worry u come on as a sub a lot of times, as I tend to tweak the formation a bit towards the end of the game and yeah, I could do well with a CM, so hopefully it comes sooner, and yeah Train HARD!!! ;)
 
So guys Before u have finished reading about the last match.... I present to u the team that is gonna start the next match against Birmingham home:

There is only one change in the Starting Eleven with Questra replacing The Russian Monster, and also Entwistle played for the U21s today (he was the motm but we still lost 2-1) so he will not feature in this match, other than that no changes to the team that destroyed Blackpool last week..... I hope we can destroy Birmingham as well (A)

The match against Birmingham is now over, and I had my heart in my mouth the whole time, but in the end.....

WE WON!!!! thanks to Matt Smith...... Our first goal by Lewie was great, he was a bit selfish in this match unlike him, as he scored from almost an impossible angle when he could've crossed it in for Bjunes who would have had a tap-in, Lewie then went on to miss 3 more chances, everytime electing to shoot when a pass would've been better.... and we were almost made to pay for it, but Lionheart did what he does best, Saved our a** their goal was a bit unfortunate thou, as our skipper made a great save to deny one of their players but it fell right into the path Donaldson, who passed it into the empty net.... Fast forward to the 82nd minute when Matt tried a shot from distance only for it to be caught by the keeper, who kicked it long and high straight into our half and a bit of mis-communication from our defenders almost gifted them a goal, but then Lionheart passed it to Williams, who then passed it to Middleton, who held the ball for a few seconds before returning it to Joe Williams, who then switched the ball to the other flank right into the path of Max Gonzalez, who then crossed perfectly into the area, and Matt finished with a bang!!!.....
A great game for the neutrals but I was a bit disappointed with our defenders, maybe because of the high standards they have set for themselves, nonetheless a great match!!​
 
Playing the match against Derby away, the match is really close but no-one has been able to produce a real breakthru......
but its the 90th min + 1 min and we have won a penalty, Matt Smith was fouled in the area...... and he is the one who is gonna take the penalty......

and yeah Smith scores!!!!!!!!!!! its 90+1 min, 2 min of injury time remaining, we surely have to win now
 
Ooo Williams finally involved and help set up a goal. Keep up the good updates mate :)
 
I always knew this was gonna be a tough match as Derby are a really good team, but we were the better side as the scoreline indicates....





I made a few changes to the line-up to test all my players, Cheah who had played in DC all these matches was playing as AMC especially coz of his creativity of 15! I brought our no.88 Russian to partner Meakin in defence and he earned the MOTM title, I started Joe Williams and he didn't disappoint but unfortunately for Henderson, he was superb..... I dropped Lewis and shifted Matthew West in MC and he was not as good as he has been playing at AMC, upfront the partnership of Smith and Roberts was the way to go, since Bjunes failed to score in the last 2 matches, so I had to dropped him.......

The match started really badly for us, as they got a CCC just in 44 seconds, but our captain, our saviour saved us once again..... but since then there was no real highlight in their game, as both teams struggled to get a foothold on the match........ but in the end, luck favoured us as Smith tucked away the penalty!! and we are still on top of the table!!​
 
Ohh yes!!! Matt Smith on fire!! :D

Seems to be scoring for fun in all matches :D

Gonzalez playing almost every game, 1 assist, motm and a high average rating, things are looking pretty good!
 
BAM! a man of the match, honestly i almost request a transfer list, but considering I play well this month, i'll wait for it :P
 
2nd in POTM! Only striker to start all games so far. Quite pleased! Can I work on my Passing please?
