They're creating a blog system, but as far as my knowledge is aware, they need to change the whole site for this to come into effect? Someone may correct me, but to answer your question, there isn't going to be a new story section, though when the site's speed picks up again I'm sure the FM2010 story section will return for those who don't purchase FM2011.

No, it would envolve shutting the whole site down (as far as I'm aware), so Sean (Admin) would have to back-up everything before changing the site. I believe he and others have said in the past it's very time consuming due to the amount that is on the FM-Base server(s). But, I'm sure it'll be around soon, so keep patient mate.
