Mine is fluctuating between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 mins.

Started mine Shouldn't take longer than 45 minutes. Mines 30% after 10 minutes.

Downloading at 70 kb/s :/. Im supposed to get 20mb/s and when i usually download stuff i get it at 3mb/s

EDIT: according to speedtest.net im getting 15.94 mb/s Download speed and 2.5 mb/s upload speed. I presume its cos of demand on steams server
