It still works, as in a player with higher consistency will be more consistent. But, basically a player cannot play at their CA every game (which is realistic) and therefore, players with higher in game consistency are more likely to play a match at their CA and will do so more often (obviously). If it's low it doesn't mean the player will have a poor game regularly it just means he is less likely to play at his CA. Which in turn means he could potentially (unlikely) play a whole campaign at 80% and if he's a beast that'll do just fine for me lol.
