I've got a few updates to do then i'll do it for you.

Here is the league before any games have been played
A few games into the season i got this message. Excellent achievement for him. His staying power is amazing. Some of the other players who have come up threw the leagues with me are really starting to look off the pace. But not this guy he just keeps surprising me!
I thought this was quite good aswell if for nothing more than a decent friendly each year.
I was hardly going to choose west ham was i?
20 games in and we are going quite well all things concidered.

This years youth intake is well...i'm not sure. The star ratings are very low but four players seem to have decent stats.
Frazer Wilkinson
A semi decent looking central midfielder and defender. Only 1 and a half stars but time will tell on this one.
Dwight Druce
Might be the answer to my right defender issues as Tim Manxted starting to get miles off the pace. Again a low star rating but we will see over time.
Josh Bloor
A fairly good looking striker, I'm not overly sure but he is worth a youth contract to see how he develops.
Mitchell Piper
Another lef sided winger. Unfortunatley for him one of our strongest areas. I'll give him a youth contract in the hopes he can be a world beater though i doubt it.

I thought i would see how generous my board were now it was under new management.
This was a positive step without doubt
Then 1 month later this happend.
I fear bad things from this board.
The end of the championship season not a bad start concidering we were overwhelming favourites for relegation at the start.
Full season fixtures.
The season started with 2 excellent wins and went downhill from there. We did make it to the 5th round of the FA Cup but in all honesty i think the FA Cup ruined our season and caused more losses than there should of been.

We actually finished 2 places lower than last season, Frankly that isn't good enough. I'm looking to change some of squad around in the summer now. Get some youth team members in that i feel can add something to the team.
This was an interesting offer. A Premier league side but alas i am commited to Guernsey.
Picture of Asante that was requested. He is a beast and offers are flying in thick and fast. I will need him if we ever manage to get to the premier league
Appologies for the full season in one post. Next season i hope to at least get top half of the table. We need to make some progress 16th is not good enough.
Player stats for the season with Asante leading the way again! He is going to et capped if he carries on like this.

I have got Darren Brown back and he has been brilliant for me. I keeptalking to the media about Blizzard i'll have him backone day. Lunardi is also on my radar.
I got lucky and my squad was amazingly well balanced. Have you tried re-training a player?
This season i have set myself the target of a top half finish. I think this is attainable as i have replaced all 4 members of my midfield. They just failed at nearly everything they did last season so my youth team has been raided and the friendlies provide some huge encouragement.
After the pre-season we just had I don't think so!
The league after 21 games only vindicates the mass change to the midfield. Sitting pretty in the play off spots

This could be the season, you reach the prem I reckon, i've just started my own attempt at this with Alvechurch http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot.../112727-great-alvechurch-youth-challenge.html and was wondering if you had any tips, tactics wise?
After 40 games we are just hanging on in there.
The odd blip here and there but we are still plugging away
With the main season gone we managed to keep up our form and ****** a play off spot!
We would play Blackburn in the semi finals.
Blackburn were ultimately too strong for us, I'm looking to again add some strength for next season and i knew just where to find it.
A player i lost for only 5k is finally coming home. Should add some real quality to our central midfield area
Next season i want to make an assault on promotion

I have changed my tactics nearly every season. Just tayler them around your players. Don't make players lay out of position etc. I know it seems obvious but you would be amazed at what i've seen.
Youth in take was ok this year, 2 players and one i can certainly use! I didn't realise i had covered one of the players names sorry for that.

A wall of a keeper at 6'5. Youth team for the forseable future unless he turns into the next Joe Hart over night.

I also decided that Bogarde wasn't good enough to be my assistant anymore, However i wanted to keep him on staff. My director of football was poached and left an opening.
This left an opening for a new assistant manager. In step a true international legend!

Right now t's my girlfriends rocketof a laptop, Add to that i'm dropping leagues as i get promoted it runs very quickly indeed.I'll be back on my laptop tonight so exspect everything to slow down after the next season update.
Do you just have England loaded?
Yes didn't see the need for more since i'm going youth only just Premiership and Championship currently. I may load some more leagues if i ever get into Europe so i'm not playing empty teams.
