[your games location]\Football Manager 2010\tools\editor\data\format\database ui

this for offline user, for stream i dont know where it locate... just search for
tools\editor\data\format\database ui wherever it was....

p/s: please make a backup for those file in case something going wrong...
but so far i have no problem...

this will enable u to add nation, continent, local region, competition...except for description....

have u try look at the fm10 editor tools,
by default u cannot add a new nation into the db...
with this file, u can now add new nation, continent, local region, competition.....
try out, remember to backup the original files...

when I try to put these files into the ]\Football Manager 2010\tools\editor\data\format\database ui
(in my steam folder)...I get a message saying there files already exist, do I replace them or keep the old ones and add these as well????

u must replace it, but before doing that i suggest u to back up the original files in case there will be a problem...
but for the time being, there were no problems occur to me....
