Lol that's not what i was suspecting. However, George Forsyth is the current #2 Goalkeeper, I think, of Peru. Forsyth is more than likely under the Spanish name process that the game runs, and thus is a probability for any country with Spanish as a language

Maybe he got called into a Jamaica squad a while back, as he's also elligable to play for them, but has since been called into the England team, played, and Jamaica haven't announced a new squad since, and so still appears in their national team squad.
