GOOAALL-262-FM13.3.3 by Jesaustralia - The best tactic I've seen for FM13

CR7 now : 25 league games= 61 goals 41 games in total=81 goals.

James is 10 goals in 24 league games with 31 assists playing like a right striker

my first 11 now is :

CARVAJAL-VARANE-KARA-ALABA

D.LUIZ

WILSHERE-RAMSEY

MULLER-CR7-JAMES

My team gel is not so good yet but next season will be cauz I dont have so many transfers in mind...And i just want to sign young talents.

That's amazing - it will just be better and better - I wonder how CR7 will do at die for each other - if he can do much better than what he currently does. I doubt it, but should work like that. Your strike force looks great - Muller and James wow - then you got Ramsey who I will never get costs over 100m pounds ****!!! - Wilshere is good, but in my world James is better or pogba or Oscar - for me he lacks on the quickness front - I mean the real quickness 20 20 20 :) - I have seen James do really well as a CMR - Oscar/Pogba CML - I think its good that you wanna try and develop talent yourself - its well worth it and doesn't take forever.

Can this be made into a Frankenstein? I don't know, but I think some settings can be useful in there.

Finished season with Barca and won everything. Team gel never got to die for though. However, winning was great and to watch even better. Screenshots of league and Overview. Also Bayern have come in for me, doubt I will go there though.

How did your strikers do? especially the centre striker
How did Kara do?

I'm sure it can be much better than this - I remember your epic 16-0 win

Will post screenshots up of best 11 when I reach that point, Jes. I used Maupay mainly in the center but did play last 2 games with Messi center and Maupay on right and Neymar on the left and won both games easily. Kara scored lot's of goals again over 40, not quite a goal a game but very close. Also Man City just paid me 30M for Will Hughes, very good for a free transfer at start of the season :-)

Makes me happy to hear that mate -

are your team normally a winning premier league side with the best players around?

When the team gel is high and the player quality is outstanding - magic starts to happen - The play in this tactic - the pass & move should be the key factor to success - you play in a tough league so your results might be less flamboyant than when playing in Spain for instance.

I was actually thinking maybe I should play with Halifax in the new season lol - Now I won't :)
I still don't know what I can pick, but I might pick the worse team - media prediction 24th or something - I don't know yet.
I once played myself in a small suburb club called Orient and I know in the UK their is a club called Leyton Orient - so that's another possibility - but I will probably go for a skrill team. Its the thing I haven't done yet in my time on fm13.

Anyway mate - thanks for interacting - I appreciate all you guys experiences its ofcause exciting for me to follow how you go - good or bad - it makes the whole thing worth it - looking forward to see more reports from you guys - I imagine I will have a report ready sometime tomorrow of my Barca save - that I highly enjoy - I get to develop more players faster than ever - I see players/regents that could potentially challenge for many of the positions - CD's - WB's - ANC's especially - CM's currently is my biggest problem - I'm thinking to sell Koke, but Koke is fantastic so what the **** am I talking about :) - I just see great stuff visually with my eyes from James and Oscar and I could give my Platini regent some more playing time by selling someone like Koke - he's only 24-25 its really stupid if I do it - same problem I have with Stambouli he's a genius but I have 5-8 players for that position to fly through the ranks and overtake it right now :)

I highly enjoy Maupay - he's ready to be a 1st team player 19 years old - I love Neymar he's fantastic in many way - and Messi is a genius who's getting older, but not old yet, but irreplaceable for sure - My modified Lukaku is ofcause a fantastic centre striker that can do anything - I have given him the ppm= gets into the opponents box I think that's a good one for the centre striker - I have enjoyed alot of headers in my save with Lukaku and I think that is because of the ppm I just mentioned - I think ppm's are vital in this version of football manager.

rwb through centre (highly valuable ppm - WB's - CM's - all strikers
rwb often Anyone who can dribble
knock ball past opponent anyone who's quick

cuts inside Any striker - combined with rwb through centre I think this tells the player not hug touch line:) - WB's

place shots SCL/R Feels efficient
shot with power SC looks great
pass instead of shoot CM's
killer ball - CM's - SCL/R
dictate tempo - CM's
tries trick (don't know if it work)
likes to beat man repeatedly (don't know if it work)
likes to round keeper - strikers - super dribblers from any position
likes to lob (Messi) - strikers
likes to switch ball to the other side (WB's - CM's - anyone who can cross)

Curl ball - very visable from corner kick takers and freekick takers - I'm not sure how visable it is in open play - I don't find this ppm essential.

Get into opponent box - CM's - SC
Arrives late into opponent box - WB's - CM's

Try to play way out of trouble - CD's - ANC (They will pass it patiently around from the defensive area) - I think probably more suited to Frankenstein than Brokeback Mountain - I used this ppm with success in Frankenstein.

One two's Technically gifted players CM's Creative strikers
Gets crowd going - anyone - Improves moral on the pitch

Move into channel - CM only - they move horizontally - in Brokeback Mountain the CM's have this set to wideplay =Move into channels - which equals side arrows in classic mode in the old days - So you don't want this ppm for your strikers


I could probably mention more ppm's - but I just wanted to share with you what I have seen works really great.

Ofcause this tactic/formation keeps impressing me - I think its the 6th time I get above ten gls - amazing
I can tell you my regent defenders have already surpassed Dede and Kara - they perform atleast as good as them - Sacramento surprised me that he was capable to turn out to be such good a player - the worst news is their is more defenders on their way to the club - a mega portuguese defender talent - I'll need to do something - considering a Dede sale though he's getting to the peak age 28 - I just wanted to let you know these players are easily replaced if they have the right skill - I can highly recommend tutoring the regents with your good players - the development speeds up and you can enter them to the arena much faster.

Lukaku 83 gls currently - 4 league matches left - and 1 cup and potentially 3 ch league - so maybe 8 matches left

Thanks, my team is usually top three in the league and usually finish top in the Champions League. So far this tactic is amazing. We are in December and are cruising toward all titles. We did lose in the Capital One cup early but that was due to me playing all reserves and it was the start of the season. Im in December now will update at the transfer window in January tomorrow. My season is almost over and I have to say for a moment I thought my team was some sort of fatigued - I'll tell you why
My team beat PSG 3-0 at home in the ch leagu semi's - underperforming? Yes I think so

Away from home we played like morons - and actually came very close to defeat - lost the game 2-0 away vs PSG
Then we had a match against Celta away - Celta was in 3rd position overperforming in la liga the match ended a draw - very dissapointing - and then the last match - the copa del rey final vs Sevilla 7-1 win - amazing!!!!

I'm trying to put a finger on what's going on, but I admit its a bit difficult to unlock the truth of what is happening - I think maybe its some sort of fatigue - giving them a short vacation in the beginning of the season as I always do - might have an impact on end results in the season - so in the beginning of the next season I'm gonna call the players back for training in the last 4 weeks instead of 7 weeks. Guys this will be an experiment - so I don't know if it will hurt results and so on - but we will see what happens.

Lukaku at 85 gls in 55 matches played - coming close to the season - so an average worse than bwomper's CR7, but I'll beat it - next season :D

It was a very good season - scoring alot of goals and more often than not it was a simple pleasure to watch

Lots of high end performances especially from the defenders and the 3 strikers - I even saw some strong talent in different position of player I didn't expect would come through like that. Overall it was a joy and probably the best season I have watched yet - I can't wait to get the new season started - where I also will look into the possibility of the management of a tiny little club and perhaps a national team with my Barca manager - The Euro's are up so some teams will have their manager sacked - then I'll be their :)

Lukaku 90 gls - is obviously modified by my hand to make the perfect striker Technique - physical and Mental in key areas. So he scored 90 gls - all from open play - their were no corner kicks or freekicks or penalties - but he would have been scoring 20-40 more if he was set to the corners instead of the right central defender Kara. Tell me if you want me to try Lukaku on the near post from corners next season.

All together my defenders scored 55 gls which is more than decent in my world - Ossis scored 75 gls with his defenders I counted so I belive their is alot of goals to be scored from my Corner/Freekick setup - though its simple!!!

I'll be back to tell you what team I will add for the next season

my team,with CR7 injured,seems like they are fatigued too. Bad games aways vs strong teams ( the ones I uploaded pics and a qrter final serie vs Man City...we losed 2-0 away ...but we won later 7-0 at home.)
Benteke rise up with 3 and 4 goals in a game last two games.
About the corner settings...in attack is awesome,and I just go with the striker because I like the striker score like a beast (I know the striker score like a beast without going for corners lol ) so I know central defenders do it better with that.Is just an option.
Corner at defense...I have to look at it. I conceed a loooooot of goals from corner,so maybe I wil try another corner defence set up,but is just an option too.

This tactic looks so similar (in formation) like Anccelotti do with real Real Madrid...but Carletto wish his tactic performs like this tactic for sure lol

I don't conceede from defensive corners so its probably a player thing - anyone good at head/jump will do good at the attacking corner so its an open setting that can be easily set to the correct player - I might try Lukaku next season.

The idea behind the tactic was established when i saw Brazil use a simular formation in game - so gooaall262 came alive and then later like it is now - which in my opinion is better - I also think it maybe open up for new possibilities new formations that might be worth trying.

View attachment 267990Through January and have been unstoppable. Had some early draws while getting fluid in tactic or using reserves to rest starters, but so far I'm loving this tactic. The play is beautiful and my defense has been very solid!
 
One qstion...If you will have Benteke,Lukaku and CR7 for central striker...will you try better CR7 as left striker? I think CR7 on left can be dangerous too.

This is my theory - The player you think can score the most goals - should play SC - in your case I think its CR7 - but in my opinion SCL/R should be creative player - but not a must. Benteke is for me a SC - I think Lukaku can play both SC/R/SC - Benteke is the limited one and in terms of domination I think he will be best used as a SC - James Rodriguez on the other hand is a great choice if retrained for SCR/L - I'm a big fan of Muller, but for me he's a SC as well - someone in an earlier post had him.
Maupay - Messi - Rodriguez - Neymar - Bale - Muniain - Ongenda - Fierro - Hazard - Cavani and CR7 - are the sort of player types I would look for in the SCR/L position Quickness flair creativity technique and finishing would be good attributes to harvest into these positions - When that is said - you can also play someone like Neymar in the SC - it just creates an extra edge to have a tank striker type in the centre because their will be alot of crosses in a dominant match

It will also not be a disaster if he's not a tank in SC position, I think its more a disaster if he lacks quickness like Benteke does if playing him at SCR/L
