So it seems like I can upload today cool - This is Buxton and they beat Preston from league 5-1 in the facup and were in the lead against Swansea 3-2 untill 20 minutes left of the match - we ended up losing that one 6-3

This Buxton team is also champions and straight promote to the 4th best division - Sky Bet League 2 - I have seen several players from league 2 in the other teams and some looks just as good as ours.

We won the Fa trophy - the mini cup for 5th and 6th division teams - Its historic Buxton have never achieved that before.

We are now going to share stadiums with Macclesfield as our stadium is to small - but the board decided to build on our stadium - so we will have a 6000 spectator stadium - about exactly what Macclesfield have.

This is not as easy as it looks to manage a team full of future good premier league players - they don't like to play in such a low league - so straight promotions every year is counted on - but that will only happen if the coaching staff improved - becaue without a good coaching staff the players won't develop as they should.

The board loves me in terms results obviously - and they are now relaying the pitch - building/upgrading youth facilities - and 1 of my player have requested transfer because I don't use him - I will be looking to swap him with another talent.

Denmark is currently playing at the World cup - in the 1st match they lost to their evil spirit as we call them - Spain - so will need to win the last two games to progress - they beat Brazil in a friendly a month before.

Anyway guys - as you can see I can finally upload images again - I am happy with that

Well after 5 seasons with Gosport and now 2 seasons with Bath... I finally made the play offs.. Roller coaster season and tried for few things out. In the end went full season with BBM CF20, WB's, MC's and ST's all had CF 20 and width was I believe 17. Now I did lose games I thought I should win and won games should have lost. But also found that having on Team Cohesion, very low and teamwork is what worked best for me. Got to Strong understanding and went with attacking movement but ditched it after 5 games where I won 1 and drew 3 and lost 1. League table:

I noticed teamwork does wonderers too - it improves the play on the pitch and it helps improve the team gel - so a win win.
Fantastic - you did it!!! - getting into the playoffs with just 3 goals is amazing on the GD and then end up winning the final on penalty - thrilling anyone :)

Good job pal - I hope you will be patient next season because you will be up against better teams and it is a pain to watch your team lose match after match - so patience is key - and a prolific striker :)

Denmark progressed to the 2nd round they will be up against Colombia - very strong team - if we go through England or France will be possible opponents - I don't like that :) - oh France is the reigning World Champions - whoop big surprise!!! :)

Well my expectations were too high but this is it, I finished 16th and what happened? I got the sack.. 5 season go into wasted, I don't know what to say, I still wanted to manage the club as long as we avoid relegation but the new board was stupid to do that..

Since I have bee sacked, I don't want to manage them again.. so I will give LLM one more try, I will start a new game and take Dorchester Town this time..

Denmark beat both colombia and Argentina 5-1 and 4-0 AMAZING!!! Semi final against France lost 2-1 but not a deserved loss - I'm very happy with this achievement - its overachieving. The tactic BBM CF20 works really wonderers on international level when getting fluid - If the Belgium job will be available I will apply same goes for France - England - Brazil and Spain anything else I'm not interested in - Belgium is 1st priority though - their talents are delicious and should really be a big contender for a title - Hazard - Lukaku - De Bruyne - Courtois - Tielemans and several regents. It will be hard to say no to a France job though - we'll see what happens.

Buxton got almost a whole new staff and its a large improvement from last season so the training should be dramatically better this season lots of 3.5 star coaches and even three who is 4 star in tactics - fitness and attacking that's my *** manager = Jamie Collins - and coaches Nick Stanley - Martin Rowlands.

Also on the scout front I got alot more scouts Dario Simic one of them - I can suddenly see 8000 players interested in signing for my team instead of 500, but I can't scout foreign players yet.

Its looking good out for Buxton - this season 3 teams will promote straight and the next 4 teams will battle for a 4th spot so a big chance to promote from league 2 - I expect another title.

Bronze at the world cup for Denmark we beat Spain 4-0 - what an achievement - I know their is a couple of players that is a little overpowered Virtual Laudrup very overpowered, but they should never had achieved this - as this was a great result I count my days as over and a new journey will soon begin.

FRANCE.....YES FRANCE - THE DREAM JOB!!

So to see this tactic unfold its full potential at international level - you have to be France :)

Strikers - Maupay - Maupay - Maupay :) Ongenda - Mazari Superstar regent - I discovered him when I was in Barca simular to Maupay except he's fantastic at heading.

Digne - Corchia - Lloris - Bacoul midfield regent (The next platini) - Stambouli - Bressan (ANC regent) from Barca - what a spectacular team this is - I can't wait for them to play - they will absolutely destroy the world of football in the most beautiful fashion - I'm sure of it.

So the goal is to make France European champions and later on to win the World cup - this is the job I wanna keep for a long time. Belgium would have been a fun job too and my 2nd choice, but France was just impossible to reject

Straight promotion with Dorchester Town, was near get into playoff but thanks to Salisbury City for beating Basingstoke in the final league game.. they are overachievers, predicted to finish 18th but they finished 2nd.

So I didn't change much with the squad, just signed couple players, Dali Gomez and David Hutton.. after looking the squad, 4 - 2DM - 2WM and 2ST were fitted, then I just used 4-4-2 Tripletweaked for the whole season and it was good, the tactic tends to score alot of goals.

Edit: Im really impressed how we are doing this season, first, I have signed 9 players many of them were not interested, they needed an amazing offer, I just offered them the max wage my board allows plus 50% yearly salary rise which they accepted.. but come by next season I won't be having those players because of their wage, my finances is not good atm.

We just need a promotion to League 2 and that's all, hope we can do it.

Then you are doing something wrong somewhere - I need more information to be able to help - I use it for all my teams Buxton - France - Denmark - Barca all of them

The tactic is not a miracle tactic - the players are more important - better players compared to everyone else - England hardest league - you will lose games - 100% fluidity necessary - Morale is important - team gel is important (It takes time) before your team blossoms and start playing free flowing football - if your team gel is poor - you need to go Team cohesion which you should do always and then teamwork for 1 or 2 seasons - after that you can stay on teamwork or you can change to attacking movement - this refers to all tactics as well - also keeping a very low intensity is important - you wanna generate enough condition - tired players don't play their best - rest day before and after the match - so if you like to be a perfectionist you should micro manage meaning you should rest each player according to how tired they are straight after each match.

You are doing something wrong, but only you know what it is that you do - I'm pretty sure though that if you follow the rules of this post - things will change unless your players are average compared to city

Define horror show please?

Would concur with all Jes has posted before me. However would be nice to see what you consider to be horror show. As with this and other tactics it is how it is implemented by the individual player. Seems to me with manger of Chelsea you personally are doing something wrong. However with ambiguous statement of horror show, no one can help you without exact information and screenshots as to why is a horror show to you!
 
We have done our job now, promoted to League 2 with my team ahead 20 points, just amazing compared to Marine.. My club have become professional and now I see more players interested and also some players from Championship are interested for loan which we are going to look at.. a big task is ahead of us.

Abandoned Buxton and France - I couldn't get excited about Buxton so it became an obstacle for me if I were to continue playing fm13 - So for a moment I was in a deep crisis not knowing what I should do next with myself - guess what

I'm the new manager of Everton - I did alot of swapping and I will now see alot of new players I haven't seen before - I'm not gonna modify any players in this save - I wanna see straight what each player can do. I have been researching on the net about players and I chose a mixture of desire - players I wanna manage and talent - their will be some really good players and some talented - to mention a few - Rodrigo (the Valencia striker) - Lacazette - Destro - De Bruyne - Courtois - Batth - Stones - Stambouli - Crisetig - Butland - Ongenda - Maupay - Corchia - Papadopoulos - Jack Robinson and maybe a few signings

All these are not 1st team players - but can be it depends on if I get future signings - I'm lacking potentially 2 strikers - I'm thinking about Fierro and Cornelius - I also really like Sanogo and Niang from AC Milan - then their is Petagna - so many strikers to choose from :) - I got several midfielders from norway on the youth team - but im not sure about them. Their is a nigerian striker extremely pacey called Ezekiel take a look at him - he's interesting too.

I'm still lacking one central defender and that could be Kara - problem with that though is I wanted to try new players and I need some money to go through in order to be able to sign players - anyway I will screenshot an image of the squad when its ready.

So this team excites me - its young its new and its talented - I expect very little in the 1st season - but if we can be between 7-5 I will be very happy - to my surprise I found the two players above myself - I have never heard of them, but I think they look exciting - atleast as exciting as many well known players in the game - lets hope they will develop. Lacazette is tempoary I think - I will prefer Ongenda and Maupay in the future in SCR/L position - Destro I have never had him I have heard big things about him - Rodrigo I think I have had shortly and he looked good, but that was for spain - not on club level.

So this is it - no more signings

Horror show = going from playing great dominant football where the opposition team were hardly getting a chance and I was creating around 20-30 chances. To loosing and drawing ,ok I only played 5 games and reverted back to BBM. I understand there is no one super tactic but team moral was superb we had won 22 out of 23 in the league to just have a complete collapse. I know to expect dip in form or what ever but I was hardly getting a sniff and being outclassed.
Maybe I did something wrong is there a link on any of the pages with the tac with the best CF setup?

CF=20 with a top team is best for offensive positions - if you don't like it go with CF=10 - then you will not see the beauty in the match engine that I've seen getting upwards 50 chances against opponents with Barcelona - you play in the premier league expect draws expect losses - its all good teams you are up against. Success is to collect alot of points not winning 7-0

The players will reveal themselves on CF=20 - remember its a flair boost beautiful chips - volleys - passes - movements etc etc its not overriding tactical instructions even though so many people have said that it is - I can honestly tell you if the programmer came up to me and told me that it is - I would laugh at him and say good one - giving the players CF=20 just give them something extra to their play - that you lose or draw has nothing to do with CF=20 its something else - most likely your players - players are king in this game and many more games before this - not tactics - players - this just happens to be a very balanced tactic so outcomes are more likely to be good with great players - management is important too - if you leave it behind you will suffer - Condition off the players very important too - players play better when having 100% condition compared to 89% which should be the absolute minimum for a player to be played. Team gel - Morale both plays a big role in this - this is the reason I always has general training on team cohesion 365 days a year (helps morale) - if the team gel is low - match preparation= teamwork and it will raise quicker and your team will start to play better - when at strong understanding you can consider to change it to attacking movement or keep it on teamwork and raise further to extremely strong understanding.

Would you recommend the 3 forwards, CM & WB players or just the 3 forwards?
I might also just about be asking the most stupid of questions but when you say CF 20 do you mean MUCH?
