OK guys i want to know who you think is the greatest manager of all time is .Will you go for Bill Shankley creator of the Liverpool bootroom or Rinus Michels the dutch coach who introduced us to total football,or maybe ole big ed himself Brian Clough, please vote and leave your comments.

Please note that ive decided not to include any managers that are still currently managing in this poll, before u moan about Sir Alex not being in.

i think its mario zagallo he was one of the best but but i did lik sir alf ramsey but out of what u done got to be Brian Clough

Yes i went for Clough, purely because of what he done with unfashionable clubs was simply astonishing, also he's from Middlesbrough like me. LOL

there have all done good jobs but tbh its got to be clough its just pure class what he did with not so called big clubs.

I would have to say Bill Shankly, he made Liverpool a great team

Tele Santana is missing there. He was absolutely magnificient.

Here in Brazil is kind of common sense that Zagallo was terrible, and that he only had the luck to have an amazing bunch of players. He was awful in 1998 ...

hes not in it - JP Woody isnt adding managers that are still in managing (READ THE FIRST POST) :D

Tele Santana, he was THE manager...

I'm not really old enough to choose most of them but from what I read and see Brian Clough was a pretty influential manager.

I'm sorry, but surely and clearly Sir Alex Furgeson...

To do what he has done in the modern game in without compare

I would have to go with Sir Matt Busby or Brian Clough but I went with Clough
