can you check who finished where overall in the top league and see who gets enter to which?

We needed to prepare for the Mexican top flight, Although I'm convinced we are more than good enough to be a top half side. I don't want to be a top half side I want to win the thing! For that reason i've been busy in the transfer market strengthening the whole squad.

Mario Castro
Most likely will find his chances limeted to the bench, Unless that is he comes on and impresses the **** out of me. He was bought for back up and that is my starting intention.
View attachment 338144

Davy Arnaud
One of the few full internationals we have here, even if it is just Gabon! He was bought to improve our front line and that is where he will be, in the startin 11 leading the line.
View attachment 338145

José Luis Hernández
Brought in with the next few years in mind, My coaches all love him so we shall see.
View attachment 338146

Jorge Chávez
Another for the future, but I have my doubts he will be good enough. He will provide cover as and when needed after learning to be a better wingback!
View attachment 338147

Miles Haber
Not the best player in the world, But we are playing with a Libero and back up is needed just in case!
View attachment 338148

Kingsley Mohammed
Our new midfield lynch pin, Far better than what we had and hopefully should add some quality to the centre of the park aswell as providing cover upfront if needed.

The new season draws near

Some news aswell for those who are interested

We won the Copa MX closing stage last season after failing in the opening stage, That all changed this season!

The opening stage of the league was....well.....easy! We set a new point record on our way to securing first place!
View attachment 338160View attachment 338161View attachment 338168

In the playoffs we conspired to throw it away, Sneaking through the quarter finals on away goals only!
View attachment 338169View attachment 338170

Then we stopped conspiring to fail and managed it in the semi final! Somehow losing 4-0 at home to render our 3-1 away win meaningless.
View attachment 338171View attachment 338172

At least the team we lost to won the playoffs.

can you ss your biography? want to see all your achievements so far, great save mate, keep it up!:D

Yasss!! Fecking knew we would see the Legend himself again!!

Made my day, ha

Thats pure creepy dude, i just signed a boy in our Pass the Parcel with the exact same name!! Also, he broke records because of big Prince ;) haha

Are all three of those not USA internationals?? I know that Padillo is but im sure the 3rd guy is also one of yours!!
Gotta have the Prince!
He is an excellent player breaking all sorts of record from AMC
Yes your right all 3 are USA internationals, Better than even I thought they all were.
can you ss your biography? want to see all your achievements so far, great save mate, keep it up!:D

Once i've updated everything so its up to date i will.

At the very start of the closing stage we got some excewllent news, I still don;t know how but we have qualified for the Copa Libertadores! This is the group we have drawn, This is a ****** hard group, Flamengo are the defending champions Boca have won it once and been runner up 3 times since I started this save! We will have to be at the very top of our game to get through this group.
View attachment 338267

Again we got a full pre season again before the closing stages so I set aboput trying to wipe out as much of the clubs debt as possible.
View attachment 338268

We came through the closing stage in much the same way we came through the opening, Difference being we actually won the play offs this time!

So we won the league in our first full season in the top flight, In a way it makes me pine for Europe where I can't waltz in and just dominate.....

The Libertadores will straddle two seasons for us so I will update the group phase now. This was beyond an amazing achievement for us! Topping a group like this was insane and fully deserved achievement with some of the performances we have put in! The loss at home to Boca was a worry but a 4-2 away win at Flamengo more than made up for that.

copa-libertadores.jpg

Against all the odds we are playing above and beyong all expectations in the Copa Libertadores, In this save only 1 other Mexican side has ever won it so we are really up against it. With that said lets see how we got on.
brazil-uruguay-copa-libertadores-soccer-2011-6-22-13-42-15.jpg

We fell quite lucky drawing our fellow Mexican side Morelia in the first knock out round, Or another way to look at it, we drew a side we knew we had already beaten! And so it remained 4-0 and 2-0 repectivley for a massive 6-0 aggregate win and Club Universidad de Guadalajara coasting through to the quarter finals.
View attachment 338584View attachment 338585

Argentine powerhouse Lanus oppose us in the quarter finals, 3-0 in the first leg gave us every chance of sealing a brilliant passage through, Then that was followed by a really GOTY candidate, 6-3 we eventually triumphed but what a game! 9-3 on aggregate and the semi finals await.
View attachment 338587View attachment 338588

We had to play Estudiantes in the semi finals and believe me Estudiantes are a real power in this contest, Winning the Libertadores 5 times and coming runner up 6 times! So the way we mauled them 5-2 followed by 3-0 was esspecially satisfying, This was a real morale booster and this game convinced me had what it took to beat any side in this competition.

In the final we would face Brazillians Cruzerio 3 times winners themselves and last years beaten finalists, So they will want to set the record straight. they currently has the best defence in this competion and we have the best attack. What happens when the unstoppable force meets the immovable object? The immovable object gets ****** moved, that's what happens! 3-1 at home followed by a brilliant 3-0 away and quite astonishingly the South American champions league has been won while I am managing in North America!

None of my new signings were elegible for the Libertadores so I updated that first, With that done here are the new signings I welcome to the club for our charge of the North American Champions League.
View attachment 338602

Clemente Sánchez
A defender and a striker! Not brilliant at either but the fact he can play both bodes very well for his chances, even it they will mainly be off the bench.
View attachment 338603

Ronald Perez
A former Costa Rica international, Signed purely as back up. He may play 10 games a aseason unless we have an Injury crisis.
View attachment 338604

Mike Jones
A future USA/Mexico international IMO. I plan to start him in central midfield and hopefully he is as good as I think he is!
View attachment 338605

One more signed for the future who wont arrive until next year.

Kiki Miller

Looks good enough now, so by the time he gets to us we should be looking at a world beater!
View attachment 338606

We have also had our group for the Champions League drawn.

Some sad/good news, Prince Boateng has taken the first steps into management

We are the champions of south america, the Mexican league can hardly hope to challenge us now! The worst result was 1 draw the rest were won.
View attachment 338610

Unsurprisingly we came first by 16 points! and then proceded to win the play offs in emphatic style.

One bit of major news in Mexico is that Cruz Azul are about to become an even bigger force than they already were.
View attachment 338653View attachment 338654View attachment 338655

In the closing stages we continued our dominance and lost a mere 2 times, We have played exceptionally well all things concidered.
View attachment 338660

First was basically a given and we have also won the closing stages playoffs to give us another title, to add to our growing haul.
