Excellent start, although cheating to get ahead of Benfica B should get you banned :D

As i told you, money is the worst in the Portuguese leagues. Keeping the bills payed should be more difficult than going to the premier.

Btw, if this is your last league to complete the hexagon, why not going all Portuguese to make it a little bit harder?

Benfica B cheated with there massive budgets :p

The money is ok, i've certainly seen worse during this save. How is the money in the premier?

The thought did cross my mind but I haven't done it yet in this save, League rules will force me to have so many once i reach the top flight regardless. I'm kind of looking forward to half a team of Brazillians. I understand they count as nationals in Potuguese football? This will be my longest time at a club yet regardless, I imagine at least 8 seasons if not more. Porto won the champions league not long ago and dethroning them will take some doing, Benfica on the other hand should prove no problem ;)

I may yet try for the Portugal job as I haven't won the Olympics or confederations cup.
 
If i may...which database do you use? As in how do you load up all the extra nations? A screenie or instructions of how to do it would be amazing is possible mate..:)

BTW Amazing Story..:) A true fm legend you are..:)

Right mate, im finally caught up after a week sunning myself!! Nice stuff in Russia and Greece!! I think Marfa will be your hardest test if im honest. Should be good to watch you dominate Portugal!! Oh and i nearly cried a bit when i heard Boateng had retired :( lol

Also, what are the chances of Scotland at some point?? Would be cool if you could!! Also, have Rangers won the SPL in your 60odd years?

I had intended to do Scotland but I got frustrated with Europe and I have now come to my champions league winning destination! I do have a plan for after the Hexagon is finished but I wont reveal it just yet ;)

Money does not exist. i think the 1st gets 1 million....

Brazilians count as EU players, so you can have a team with 30, if you want.

You have a plan when you finish in Portugal? With 90 years old by the time, i think its death, did i guess it? ;)
 
Huge upheaval at Mafra during the pre season. A lot of players leaving for various reason, some I would of liked to keep but they just wouldn't sign new deals, Some just not good enough for our new league. With a lot going out a lot come in. Some were HOYD but I agreed to them all regardless of quality with how stripped bare my squad was.

We set a blistering pace right from the off, Losing 2, drawing 2 and winning the rest! Muraccini has worked out better then I ever could of imagined he would, A hat trick on his debut and he is just scoring for fun! The best player San Marino have ever produced! Le is also lighting up the league and I couldn't be happier with him.

Also I have a theory as to why you can get players which are too good for the club usually to sign for your clubs and that's because you've won so many titles, it'll be like if, say, Jose Mourinho managed, let's say Crawley Town, Crawley would be able to buy better players because Mourinho's a title-winning manager for the big clubs.
