West Ham manager Daniel Oakes has finally taken on the role of an international manager after he was confirmed as the new Belgium manager this morning. Oakes is believed to have taken over Belgium in a good state as they lie at the top of their World Cup qulifying group, ahead of Spain.

West Ham 1-0 Everton

After West Ham won the title last week, they did not show any remorse for Everton and came away with a narrow victory. Daniel Oakes' team are on top form and have had a great season. Roberto Soldado was the goal scorer again.

I am absolutely delighted by our performance in the Premier League this season. We have won the league by 14 points, only losing two games. Another thing I am delighted with is that we have only conceded 17 goals, the defense has had a wonderful season. The hard feat will be retaining the title but we will undoubtedly be up to the task.

Today, Premier League champions West Ham United completed the free transfer signing of John Fleck, after his Rangers contract expired. It is believed that Fleck may make his debut in the F.A Cup final against Chelsea.

Thanks pal :D, it is FM Elite, made by Gza-Ob1 It is in the download section :D

Good work mate.

I being a West Ham fan and West Ham player in FM, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am currently 2nd in season 3 of my game, and am through the group stage of Champions League.

Hopefully I can reach the success you have this season.

Thanks pal, I hope you have some success :)

F.A. Cup Final

Chelsea 1-0 West Ham United

One goal seperated the top two finishers in the Premier League in the F.A Cup final today. The Blue side of London took the trophy after a goal by Michael Essien. It was a close game in which either side could have won and it was unfortunate that there had to be a loser.

I am a bit disappointed to come all the way to the final and lose. However, saying that, I cannot fault my boys for effort. The work ethic they have put in this season has been incredible and I am very pleased with my squad.

End of Season 2012/2013

It has been a fantastic season this year for West Ham United. For the first time, the Clarets, led by rookie manager Daniel Oakes have won the Barclays Premier League. The Hammers did not struggle either as they romped home with a twelve point lead. They also only conceded seventeen goals for the whole season.

West Ham also had a very good F.A Cup campaign, they made their way all the way to the final, only to be beaten by Chelsea 1-0 in a very close encounter. Chelsea also finished second in the Premier League.

The Hammers were so near yet so far to winning the double.

In the Champions League, Premier League Champions West Ham progressed through the group stages with ease, going unbeaten in a relatively easy group. However, when they got to the kn ockout stages it was completely different. The Hammers progressed past Bayern Munich in a 3-0 aggregate win but could not retain their form and got beaten by the mighty Barcelona, who went on to lift the trophy. This trophy will be the top of Daniel Oakes' priorities come next season.

West Ham players of the season

Marco Verratti

Marco Verratti has to be our player of the season. He has come on leaps and bounds and won the Barclays Premier League Player of the Season Award. Marco has really come of age and ever since Buonanotte left the club in January, he has stepped up to the plate, making the central midfield position his own.

Roberto Soldado

Roberto has had yet another fantastic season at Upton Park. He has yet again won the golden boot this year for the Premier League with 25 goals. Marco's assists and Roberto's goals have been West Ham's main factors in attack this season. Roberto also won the Fans Player of the Year Award.

Belgium - A New Challenge

belgium.gif

After Daniel Oakes was named the new Belgium manager around two weeks ago, he found out that he could not have had a much harder start as his team would travel to Spain in their World Cup Qualifying Group match. They would then go on and face Malta in a slightly easier game. Let's see how he went on in his first two fixtures.

Villa narrowly sinks Belgium

david-villa-2.jpg

Spain 3-2 Belgium

A David Villa hattrick was just enough to win the game today over a brave Belgium side. Belgium took the lead through Everton player Marouane Fellaini but after half time Spain turned on the style and led 2-1 after 50 minutes through a three minute brace from Villa. Axel Witsel struck back on 81 minutes for Belgium but that was not late enough as Villa sank the winner for Spain with just three minutes remaining.

Mirallas in top form as Belgium dominate

Malta 1-4 Belgium

Kevin Mirallas was in fantastic form as Belgium romped to a comfortable victory over Malta. The St. Ettiene forward was clearly in clinical form as he came away with a hattrick and could have indeed scored more against a poor Malta side. Radja Nainggolan scored the other goal.

I am very happy with our first two games with me in charge. This team have plenty of ambition and I think we have a great young team with players such as Lukaku, Defour and Hazard. We also have proven goalscorers such as Kevin Mirallas and I am delighted with our squad.

Started well with Belgium dude, I didn't realise Lukaku was Belgian haha, you should have no trouble finding goals then....

Yeah Champions League got to be the next trophy target eh Dan
