A 2-0 victory over Chelsea today was enough to hand West Ham their second consecutive Premier League final. The Hammers continued their fantastic form today with a great performance over Carlo Ancelotti's side.

West Ham 2-0 Birmingham City

After securing the Premier League title just two days ago, manager Daniel Oakes took a weakened side to Upton Park to face Birmingham. The Hammers were still enough to beat the Blues coming away with a 2-0 victory from a Vogel brace.

West Ham disappointed their fans this afternoon after losing their first game in 46 games to Manchester United. As the league was wrapped up, Daniel Oakes again played a weaker side and this time he paid for it.

West Ham - Barclays Premier League Champions 2014

Daniel Oakes said:
I am absolutely delighted with how our boys have finished off the season. If we had of lost to Chelsea, the league would have been wide open again, but a win secured it comfortably. I am very upbeat about how impressive we were, going unbeaten for 46 games untill we were eventually beaten by Manchester United. This was only because we played a weaker side. I am highly hopeful that we can complete a historic quadruple. We have Manchester City first in the FA Cup final at Wemble and then we will travel to Ibrox for the Champions League final with Chelsea. I am highly confident we can win both and make it a season we will never forget.

F.A. Cup Final

Manchester City 2-3 West Ham

Marek-Hamsik-celebrates-001.jpg

Daniel Oakes' West Ham side made it a treble today with a great win over Man City. It was a fantastic match which was ended in added time at the end of ninety minutes. A bit of magic from Marek Hamsik provided one goal and then provided the winner in the 92nd minute. Hammers fans will no doubt be delighted with their third trophy of the season.

West Ham add the F.A. Cup trophy to their cabinet alongside the Carling Cup, Community Shield and the Premier League.

Daniel Oakes said:
I am yet again delighted with the team after a fantastic FA Cup win. I am especially pleased as our youngsters played for most of the tournament and it has shown what a great youth set up we have here. We now have this to add to our other three trophies this season and have still got the Champions League final next week.

UEFA Champions League Final

Lightning strikes twice

r253570_1045631.jpg

West Ham lifted the Champions League trophy tonight after they defeated Chelsea after penalties. The match ended in a thrilling goalless draw but drama struck in the penalties. Whilst West Ham converted their first four penalties, it was up to Chelsea captain John Terry. Lightning struck twice as Big JT slipped and stuck his penalty way wide. It was then up to Miguel Veloso to convert the winner for the Hammers and he did so in style. As a result, West Ham lift their first ever Champions League.

West Ham United - Champions League Winners 2014

Daniel Oakes said:
I am absolutely speechless. We have crowned our best ever season at West Ham by a long way. We have not only won the league but added the Carling Cup, Community Shield, FA Cup and now the ultimate prize, the UEFA Champions League. Our players have been fantastic all season and I must applaud them for their nerves in the shootout. To score all five penalties in such a high pressure situation is fantastic. We deserve this and will remember this success for ever.
