Jamie Carragher - A Managers Story

just read this from start to finish, what a story it is and im gutted its coming to an end.:(

Going to do big updates as I've already got bored of life at Madrid. I'm going to try winning everything this year and look for an actual challenge. The big problem I'm having is that the success is coming too quickly everywhere I go. After my time at Madrid is up I'm going to look at possibly retiring. I wanted to keep this going until FM16 but I'm not sure if the story still has any real life in it.

Plenty of life left mate!

Go to Hereford, the now finished club, and see what you can do with them! :)

I have been a silent reader but this story was really enjoyable :)

Keep it going! I stumbled on it yesterday and read 217 pages over the last 24 hours! I may have neglected some work...

Maybe move away from Europe?

Go into international management, guiding Australia to World Cup glory should be a decent challenge ;)

Thanks for all your comments :)

This is the end of Jamie Carraghers managerial career though. It's been a good one!

Its a shame you couldn't keep this going until 2016! Superb story though mate! Will we be seeing anything else from you this FM?

Bravo mate, one of the best ever. The story section wont be the same without Carragher updates!

In any case, look forward to what you will be doing next. You've set the bar high my friend. ;)

Liverpool offer Carragher permenant job

View attachment 231617
Liverpool FC have today confirmed that they have offered former player and manager Jamie Carragher a permenant job as part of the backroom coaching staff. Carragher recently announced his retirement from management after a fatal problem saw him collapse on the pitch after Real Madrid's Super Cup final win. A source close to Carragher claims that he may take the job when fit due to his love for the game. The manager has had a extremely successful spell in his short career as manager, winning 20 trophies in 9 seasons, however he has struggled to stay at one club while managing, unlike his playing days.

What an epic story this has been! Can't wait for your next one Jamie, no doubt it will be brilliant too!

Jamie Carragher releases statement

Jamie Carragher has recovered fully from his illnesses and is ready to step back into management. Carragher has only been out for 4 months following his collapse at Madrid, but has come out to say he is eager to get back into the sport.

"I would just like to say thankyou for all of the support I have received through an extremely difficult time in my life. I have gone through all the tests with the doctors and I am fully fit again. I've had a couple of offers asking me to get back in the game, whether it be to coach or manage, but managing is what I wan't at this moment of time.

I've enjoyed a very successful career mind, and I'm looking for a real challenge. Money doesn't bother me anymore, not at all. I'm set for life thanks to this beautiful game, so I'm ready to do what no top manager has done before, and manage a team for nothing. I have one club I wan't to go to as I feel there is a lot of history there and they have really fallen since I've become a manager. It's up to them if they wan't me or not.

I'd like to say a big thanks to Liverpool Football Club, who have constantly been by my side through this time. I will always be a red. YNWA."

With Man City's Roberto Martinez looking set on the Koln job, it is thought that Carragher may be referring to the Citizens as the big club who have fallen, Sky Bet have now slashed his odds to 1/2 to be the next Man City boss.

Yet another twist! ;)
