is there any way to stop my striker always getting caught offside
dzeko caught offside 7-12 times a match

Thats all to do with the player not the tactic.What are his decisions and positioning stats like?

i just bought hamsik im arsenal should i play him as the amc or mc
im not too sure where he would be better

i just bought hamsik im arsenal(i couldnt load saved game and had to restart) should i play him as the amc or mc
im not too sure where he would be better

Switched to your tactic towards the end of the last season, Won the Johnstones paint trophy and won my last 10 games in the league in a row to win League 1, i was 3rd when i started using it!

Brought in lots of players now to try and keep me up, heres my first friendly of the new season.



Only the Glenn Hoddle Acadamy but i'm still chuffed, 20 clear cut chances!! Seems like a top tactic so far, thanks for creating it! :)

Nice win :) be carefull buying too many new players,could wreck team harmony.
 
J.P do you think ameobi or carroll will be up to the job of poacher using v1.1? or will i be better off looking elsewhere for example macheda on loan or smolarek etc?

Forget the word poacher,at the end of the day this is just the opinion of Gareth Millward and the other guys from FM britain,they helped create the tactics creator.Trust me when i say its the best set up for the tactic no matter what striker you have.

Well I'm not a **** at the game, the games plight began in 07 and so I never take it as serious. But, I'd rather be that then a obese, underachieveing, middle aged man taking a game so serious. J.P your an avergae guy, you doing nothing to come out of this norm. Continue making averge tactics and lap up, and fool, average people. I'm not so easily fooled.
 
Bringing in new players as not done me too much damage thankfully, i im doing great.
Media Prediction 18th and i am currently sitting 2nd :) Joint top scorers in the league too.



Also im in the 4th round of the Carling Cup at the first attempt with your tatic, first time i have got past the 3rd round on this save. Beat Premiership Portsmouth away :)

I have let in a few goals, but i don't have the best defenders in the world at the moment, and who cares if i let in 2, if im scoring 6 or 5 goals at the other end. :D

What are you talking about you creep? you know **** all about me.I on the other hand do know a little about you,like i know you and the user njengamn are the same person.What a sad little person you are.You say i take the game too seriously yet you created another account just so you could give me grief about a tactic you downloaded that didnt work for you,didnt you have the guts to do it under your own username? ******* loser.

sorry to say mate but this aint working for me. it looks to vulnerable, i dont feel comfortable watching my team because i just seem so prone to attack and conceding. it doesnt have the feel. i think you need world class players every where as its an honest kind of tactic. it doesnt exploit and flaws in AI if you catch my drift.

can i ask you to make a 442? i have searched high and low for a good solid 442 and its just impossible.

Sorry to hear that mate,you dont really need world class players.Im playing in the Premier now with Boro,i have a very weak squad yet im 7th after 27 games won 12 drew 10 lost 5,i also beat Man Utd 3-2, and Man City 3-0. If you dont like them you dont like them though.

Reguarding a 442,i was going to make the v3 a 442 but thanks to idiots like federico9 i wont be bothering,its not really worth my time to get pointless abuse like that.To be honest ive just had enough now and cant be arsed anymore.

dont listen to the mug. please make a 442, i love the formation and set up. its just a pure footballing tactic and i love it. ive tried making my own but to no avail. im working on a 451 with 4 across the mid and a dm seems ok so far.

Why do you have to be such a ******* ****, Jp has spent his time creating these tactics and it is quite clear by the evidence of other people they are class tactics. If it is only you who is not succeeding with them you must be doing something wrong. So stop being such an ungrateful ****.

On the tactics Jp, thanks very much. Finished first season in the prem 6th with your high scoring tactic. Much appreciated.

Certainly not many successful classic 442's this year,im not really sure why that is.Most people seem to be having their success with 4231 or 41212 formations.If i manage to make a good one ill send you it through a private message ;)

Started a new game on an edited db, basically swaped a regional team for a division II team in portugal, sorted finances according to the one swapped and that's all, and been using your tactic for every single game, I barely have team, only 8 seniors have "real" contracts (part-time ones) and the rest is just loans. The results:

- 1st Season I've saved my *** from relegation but the nice thing was my Goal Difference of -6 on the 11th place with 46 scored. Most of my team was 33+ older so defo this doesn't require top players. Best result being 5-1 against equally expectation team.

- 2nd Season got better players on loan but media just gave me the 11th position, finished 3rd with GD at +64 minus 5 points from the 1st. Best results being 7-2 and 5-0 to equally expectation teams.

Personal Record of 42% wins, 112 scored, 87 taken. I'm happy about it <)

Starting 3rd season, will keep that tactic and will also keep using it on the Genoa story (when it kicks off).
