I've got him! His determination is only 5..... How do you raise that? or can't you?
 
lol just had something rather weird happen. I was playing away to Chelsea and losing 3-1 with 10 mins left. Then a fuse went and my power turned off so i lost my save /smallviolin.

Had to play thru 2 games to get back to where i was but the game against Chelsea was slightly different from being 3-1 down

All i did was find a player that can tutor him via option 1 "As a senior member of the squad, i'd like you to tutor xx as i feel you can improve his game". It passes on some hidden mental stats such as professionalism, pressure, ambition etc but does also pass on determination so make sure the tutor has higher Determination than the pupil. The higher the better.

I was quite lucky as Lazio's manager had got the sack for doing badly at end of season 1 and when i was promoted to the premiership i was able to get Lorik Cana who has 20 in determination.
 
I've got 7 (possibly 8) matches left of the season and im still unbeaten. 5 league matches, CL semi final 2nd leg against Bayern and an FA cup final v Man Utd.

Fingers crossed i can keep the record going.

Can you tell me which tactic you guys are using at the moment?
 
Been using 4231 Wide with tweaks. Did have two wingers on support and Attacking midfielder on attack. Changed to winger attack, inside forward attack and attacking midfileder support and two very impressive results:

Cristian Tello playing IF right has been epic thus far and my Regen Attacking midfielder Rui Leite has been impressive, 1 goal and 3 assists in those two games.

Playing the wide tactic m8, with a few of my own tweaks. That and a few situational changes depending on team/formation i am facing....and ofc the usual mid game temporary tweaks :)

Generally i'm using 2 wingers, most creative on support the other on attack but sometimes i play an IF which is just down to fitness rotations.

As above, tweaked wide but not been on much this week but it was clean sheets, few shots given and goals for the first few games so far..
 
Love this tactic! Currently using it on FC Porto season 1&2, Juventus season 2 and Ajax season 3. At some point I will use it on my Southampton save season 3 also:)

I solved it with having an sa on right Wing manually marking
the opponents full back so he Will be like a semi winger
Very inspired by the tactic raptor by totalfootballfan

The narrow formation is by far my favourite on here, just suits my team perfect. Have enormous success with West Brom am currently in my 3rd season. This just happened in the first leg of capital one cup against chelsea giving us the chance to win our 3rd successive cup. I have my assistant do o.i's. Pre match team talk i say nothing but assertive i have faith in all, same for half time then praise when we win. Not far off the top in the league so fingers crossed we can go on to win it.
