Whats best PPM's for all the postions in this tactic? 4231 Wide.

GK - Defend
FB - Attack
CD - Defend
DM - Defend
RGA - Support
IF - Attack
W - Attack
AM - Support
AF - Attack

Cant really saw what the best ones are but my first 11 have stuff like this

FB Runs with ball down left/often Gets into opposition area
CD plays short simple passes, does not dive into tackles
DM Marks opponent tightly, Does not dive into tackles, switch ball to other flank, plays short simple passes
RG plays short simple passes, does not dive into tackles, comes deep to get ball, dictates tempo stops play
IF/W Gets forward whenever poss, runs with ball down left/right, knocks ball past opponent, cuts inside
AMC Tries killer balls, dictates tempo, plays one - two's
AF Likes to beat offside trap

After winning 7/7 competitions last season with Fulham, i got offered the job managing Holland so gonna give this tactic a try at International level and see how it goes.

I'll wait till i get past the transfer window tho b4 leaving so none of the vultures can pinch any of my players >_>

The ones ive uploaded. I havent done any other tweaks as i dont see the point. Cant improve much on what i did with it seeing as i won everything possible lol.

All i plan to do with it is to see what happens at international level and maybe give it a run thru the world cup. Then after that i'll run it through with some woeful team and see how it gets on. Hopefully it works for bad teams as well as good ones.

I'll keep doing posts on here so as people will know what kind of teams its worked with, i just dont generally play the game to test tactics as a rule so cant promise that my "tests" will be quick as i tend to take my time with the game.

Would love to hear some feedback about it though to hear what kind of results people have been having with the tweak i did.

Did you use that tweak going into every game home and away and against all top teams? And did you keep the OI on the opening page?
 
Yes, yes and yes.

The only changes i was making mid match was every time i stopped dominating the chances.

When you score, most the time the AI changes tactics and starts creating chances. Thats because its tactics have slightly changed, i generally do the same as well. The key indicators are when you stop dominating possession/chances (assuming you were before) and when the AI starts making chances.

A lot of games i found i would totally block the other team out chances wise, except against most bigger teams so all that indicates is that team instructions need an ingame change. Watching what happens normally tells you whats the problem.

All i mean is i add one thing to team instructions, such as "Plays wider" or "runs at defence" for example.

As Christian has said many times on his thread, just adapt to what the AI does because this isnt a plug and play tactic. You cant just load it up, start a game and leave it for the 90 mins and expect to win every game like i did. Just micro manage the team instructions during the game such as adding in "play more disciplined" against big teams and "more expressive" against lesser teams.

Do that right and you will win loads and hardly concede many.

Been using this tactic for two seasons now on an FC Porto save. Its a tweaked version on partly my own tweaks and some of AllanT's ideas.

Jackson Martinez was insane! 41 goals in 44 games season 1 and 48 goals in 40 games season 2.
Ladislav Krejci got 12 goals and 34 assists!

Wow great work! Unlucky with the champions league semi final or you could've had a clean sweep.

I played bayern in the semi finals 2 but beat them 2-1 away and 2-0 at home when i did my clean sweep.

The way i beat bayern (with guardiola as manager) if i played as "more Disciplined" then added in "play wider" i usually got a goal. I forget the 2nd TI i added, but i got a 2-0 lead and then added in "stick to positions" and spammed "concentrate" and got the win.

Personally against most sides, ive found adding "stick to positions" mid game is a great way to hold onto a lead, especially if you have "Be more Disciplined" in already.

I left my league club coz i was offered Dutch national job as well in 4th season lol. The irony. Bit of an ageing squad but still got some decent players.

Only played 2 games so far in the euro league thingy. 1-1 away to Italy and 5-1 home to Romania

You don't need to leave the club.... can manage both at same time. I am.
 
Mixed so far with my ajax team. w6 d2 L2..... and alot of the games just wizz by with now highlights? I have it on key moments.

Yeah i know, i just fancied a change. I cant take the club any further forward tbh and im not bothered about winning 10 titles in a row as i was bored already lol. I had an awesome team there and most of the players are world class. Most of the yougsters are all classed as "wonderkids".

And if i do join a new team in the prem, means i actually have some competition in the league :P

I tend to play on extended as a rule myself
