Is the tactic tweaked according to the suggestions you mentioned from the feedback you got?

Yeah I've tweaked it around and got a more stable results.

Still trying to figure out away to stick with 'attacking' instead of 'standard' though.

As I said before, an update won't come anytime soon as not anyone has actually try this original one for a while.

So probably in a week or so before the updated one is posted. It give me more time to gain more inputs and test it around a bit too

Well I can see that you're having issues mostly on away games - which is not surprising.

Try to play at standard mentality

Best tactic ever!!!! I´m with Fc Porto, in 4 games i have 25 goals scored and 1 conceded. Hulk has 11 goals scored

HULK is actually my favourite player of all time.
and he is perfect actually for the role of the striker.

He was the dude behind the concept of the striker role in this tactic.

Agile, fast, good dribbler, strong and balanced, with the ability to finish inside or outside the box. Awesome player!

i've repeatedly admit that my away form is baaaad. but standard mentality seems to work for anybody else.

AHAAAA finally I think I've found the problem with my defend
as well as the away tactic.

Need more testing though.


If it's correct then the main issue is individual's mentality for the defend itself and time wasting on away matches. Remind me to get into this deeper tomorrow.

Depends on what you're talking about. You don't need to tick the box in the team tactics. It's in the individuals settings. The MCR is the default playmaker, if you got a good playmaker on the wings, you might want to switch.

Ok, season is finished and as promised, my feedback:

Tactic works really nicely but takes a while to get going. Drilled crossing certainly worked better for me than floated and after I changed from Attacking to Standard I saw a big improvement on results and performance. The tactic requires quality MCR, AML, AMR and STC above all. Striker needs to hold up play and out of my plethera of forwards at Spurs, only Defoe could manage the task.

Defensively, anticipation seems to be the most impotant stat and I find DL and DR require a bit of flair and creativity as they often end up with the ball with several people in front of them. The only position I didn't really feel made too much of an impact was DMC. It didn't seem to matter who of a possible 4 players I put there, although that could just be me. I think that DMC could be where a pivotal change could be though.

Anyway, those minor tweaks allowed me to nick 4th place in the PL on the last game of the season, win the League Cup and get to the knock out stages of ECC. The necessary screenshots are attached.

Oh what a pity, 0-3 loss against Milan after a 2-0 win..

Have you tried the man-marking tips? They work wonders, really. Also for the corners, can't imagine what a difference that is.

oh shoot, I can't use this tactic. Two seasons with Celtics and worked the transfer market for a good 4-4-2 formation team. Missing a DM and also if I switch now will have players that I'll rarely get to play. Plus I got Lukaku who's a really good targetman. =(

Man Marking tips? You've lost me? Switch to man marking from zonal? I considered that you know. A lot of goals I conceeded, especially early on were from set pieces, corners being the main culprit.

I know, I was gutted with the AC Milan game. I had injuries and suspensions that game which left my back 4 ridiculously weak.

Now just planning how to strenghten my squad over the summer!

Told you of those minor tweakes , the most important one was the defence line moved up a bit , gave the tactic more aggressivity , also DR/DL mark man but not tight , and both CD man mark tight .
WON the EPL -- just killed them
GOOD TACTIC .
