Will this work with 11.3!?!

Cheers for peoples time in answering my question.
 
I've got very important question to the creator of this tactic. Goals Galore is absolutely avesome, but my team has got a problem with ball possesion. In each match it is lower than the opponent. What could be the causing this?
 
can anybody make tactic for ac milan by allegri 4-3-1-2 with no playmakers in midfield! midfielder in the middle must stay back.

i really want try tactic like in a real life
 
Great results first season with Barca. Conceded only 5 goals in 19 matches...

with barca is easy tried with lower club like udinese espanyol athletic bilbao lazio napoli fulham everton bolton astonvilla......

I have a question to all people who use this tactic. What training schedule did you use ? And did you use "shouts" during the game ? What kind "shouts" it's the most useful ? and what is your fauvorite Match Preparations ? Because i use all time " Team blend "

I use the training schedule: Ronald medium training 2.0.
When my team is losing, i tell them that i'm disappointed. sometimes I tell them they can win. For me the disappointment seems to work, because they play way better then!
 
You don't understand me :) "Shouts" -> i meant command for the team during a match :) for example -> Ball to the strikers or play the ball etc. :) Have you got equal good form ? Because my team sometimes can lose 6-0 in game with Malaga. I add that i play Almeria and in second season my place is only 7th:(

Well when i'm losing in the last 20 minutes i put the one below, sth with RISK. I also tell them to play more forward. It seems to work... for me then :p
 
Somebody have a question about that this tactic work good with worse team than Barcelona,Arsenal,Chelsea etc. Is anybody who try this tactic with worse team and feel satisfied?

Ok.. here is my story..
I have just started playing FM2011 recently, like a week or two..
I have implemented 4-3-3 <the exact same one as yours> from the start since I'm playing Chelsea <I'm a die hard Chelsea fan> until I found this forum of yours. I have read the whole thread.. from page one to the very last one and decided to register and reply..

I didn't download your tactics since I have already implement the same thing.. its just that I have a question regarding the away tactics.. I have tried using 'standard' on away, 'very fluid' philosophy, man mark the wingers <AMR, AML, MR, ML>, use the 'wide' on width, 'very slow' tempo, my match preparation are nearing to 'fluid'.. but still I got beaten by Arsenal 2-1.. I'm using this Chelsea squad currently:

P.Cech

B.Ivanovic J.Terry P.Jones A.Cole

M. Essien

R.Montolivo F.Lampard

A.Sanchez Neymar

D.Drogba

Cech: Sweeper Keeper
A.Cole: Winger back support
P.Jones: Central defender Stopper
J.Terry: Central defender Defend
B.Ivanovic: Winger back support
M. Essien: Anchor Man Defend
R.Montolivo: Advanced Playmaker support <which one is better support or attack?>
F. Lampard: Box to Box Midfielder support
A. Sanchez: Winger Support
Neymar: Inside Forward Support <again support or attack is better?>
D. Drogba: Deep lying forward <I have tried Target man for him but to no avail>

I have been winning so far at home but then again, my midfielder has been the one scoring <Highest scorer is F. Lampard with 16 goals> all my 3 front men has been producing nothing. <Drogba 6 goals, Neymar 5 goals, sanchez 3 goals> :@

Hi, guys! I see that not many people are testing the tactic with a weak team. I just finished my first season with Dinamo Dresden in Third Bundesleague and guess what? I won a promotion, came second to Braunschwaigh! I started using this tactic since game 21, middle of the season. And i'm pretty satisfied with the results. Made a run of six straight wins, eleven undefeated. I lost to the champions, so that's an excuse. But it's very important to know that i didn't make any transfers, cause i wanted to play with young lads, trying to see what they can do.

And another thing is that i red this page with all this explanations just before five minutes. So now using this things like match preps and everything explained here, can do the tactic even better.

If you know how to handle the team talks and play with a decent side in a top league, i can't see why you can't win anything. Especially with top teams, like Barca, MU, Real, Chelsea and etc.

Now i'm heading for second bundesleague and i'm not planning to srenght my squad, so i'll play with the same guys in a tough division, so it's gonna be even better test area for the tactic.

Thanks for creating and uploading it. I'm not gonna get rid of it fast, cause i want to test it for 4-5 seasons. I'm not the kind of specialist, who's gonna make it even better, but trying to follow the steps, explained in this page, i'll see what i can do. Cheers, mates. Hope this post helped somebody with a lower side.

PP: I forgot to say that even with a lower side, if you add good players to your squad and make some transfers and free signings, there's just no way you can't succeed. Seriously.

I just wanted to approach the game in a different way, that's why i choose not to make any signings. I'm pretty convinced that if i have made them, now i would've been a champion with ease. So try it, good luck. I'll keep posting my story. :)
 
I've actually got this for a while now and it's significantly helped my Wolfsburg team. I don't think much is needed to be changed in the tactic itself, however the only thing i find is sometimes, late in the game, stupid goals are given away but i don't believe that's the tactics fault itself but just maybe my team being lazy haha. What instructions do you advise to set with this tactic?
 
I've played Hercules (very nice budget :p) and i becam 10th. I won the cup. Played 4 times against Barcelona. I have beaten them 3 times! 1 draw. not bad tactic. Very good tactic!!!

Works great for about 10 matches, but then what? Without fail after 8-10 matches of dominating with this tactic its simply stops working and my team can not score at all. This is a problem I have with any formation it seems. I get it, the other teams adapt to defend my teams style and tactics... but I am clueless what to do once that happens, other then just changing to a new formation. What kind of changes can I make with this one to keep it working without completely ruining it?

That's strange, i don't have such problems. Any. I've played it for about 30 games and only against two-three teams it didn't work.

Try to make more changes in your squad. But that's possible if you have big squad with good players.

I'm very satisfied with the tactic. Perfect use of the wings, and superb tiki-taka passing style. It's a joy to watch my team playing, even it's a weak lower side. Now i'll try it with a bigger team and see what's gonna happen, but i'm convinced it will be succesfull. :)
