I have been trying different tweaks that improve it so far but hasn't been so sure.
So I'm just gonna give the base tactic with some tweakings I have been playing with.
I need you guys to experiment with it and see which ones works best.

The only major thing I need to work on is the movement of 'MC' position.
Sometimes he kinda overlaps with the DMC and kinda too far from the AMC.
I want him to be more like Xavi. Starting out deep but goes forward to edge of area with Iniesta.
What should I do? Increase the mentality? More Run From Deep? Give roaming?
Other minor tweaks involves.
1. I give hold up ball to MC since he's the playmaker.
Should HUB be given to DMC and/or AMC as well?
2. In 1 out of 10 occassion, FB is pressured and knock the ball forward.
Give HUB, give run with ball mixed, or just left it as it is since it's not often?
3. The striker, despite scoring well, sometimes stays to the channel too much - with AMC ocupying the central position.
Wide play for striker change it to normal, to keep him in center, or stick with moves into channel to give him more space to exploit?

I used this tactic and got Reading promoted from the Championship in the first season, with a media prediction of 16th, great tactic but takes some getting used to.
Apologies if this has already been posted but i'm playing with patch 12.1.1 244099 and on old versions of fm the tv money gets distributed from late June onwards but I haven't heard anything yet, is this a common problem?

suppose i select run from deep nd set it to sometimes
nd if i dont select it nd it is default sometimes
will both these cases be same
or ders if we do not tick it
does it means mixed of any three options?

Hello Koflok and Koflok fan base,
I am having a very hard time with my Arsenal game. My Arsenal team is great when at home but i have very poor away performances. I lose every second away match. I encourage the players effectively and prep for hard games. It's just my players collapse in ability. Away i get an average of 6.4 rating, at home 7.6 rating.
So my question to you guys is, do you employ different team instructions/mentality when away, as i have always ready to use this tactic and use no opp instructions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see many differences playing at home and playing away with this tactic.
And also I don't do anything different in prep for away games. But I use opp instructions both home and away (ask for assistant)

I use your tactic with Olympique Marseille. It goes pretty well in the league and in the Champions league. I bought Douglas Costa the summerwindow 2012. Now it's January and i am not completely satisfied about his performances.
He has played almost every game and his average rating is 7,11 while my other winger (Matheau Valbuena), who's overall ability is much lower than Costas, but still plays much better average rating is 7,50.
Do you think that Douglas Costa fits in that role? Or should i sell him and buy someone else?

Guys let me tell you my story
Since i am playing a netwok game with a friend of mine at spain the game looks even more great.
So i started the season that finished with v2 tactic.the things didnt work well.not because i was playing bad, but because we could not score at all.players like balotelli and villa were playing awful.i had 1 point the first 7 games. It was strangely for me since i am playing the game from cm05 and never found myself at the bottom of the table with a team which predicted 7th favorite of the division.
So i took v3 version of the tactic and i played with it.i put the game from fast as i said to normal.i also made my mids play like ball winning midfielders since i had mainly DMs and as i said i sold old and slow players like baptista,villa while i put strange or bad characters like balotelli out of rotation.finally i used mainly i stable rotation and not overotate things.played in my homemagainst small opponent with high defensive line while abroad or against big rivals to normal def line.i played even with corners.after a huge testing that did with my other save of standard i noticed in this patch near post scores a lot.while the other tall guy must challenge the Gk in case of a rb.
And i tarted to win.1 2 3 10 12 13 games on the row.playing aganst barca for fun.having 18/1 shoots while their own shoot wasnin 70m of the game.great games.i climbed to 3 position 4 points behind barca.then the well known strange things of the game happened with many injuries so i gave time to 18y old people.anyway playing great all season winning EL with this way and 3rd place in a very demanding championship after such a failure start is nice indeed.especially if you consider that i played with a team of an average 23y old and 62m team wit most of my players having 2 or 3 stars mainly.
To conclude.the tactic needs fast attackers to cover space and go for the counter.musthave also OTB.for me the 3 mids must be marking monsters to steal the ball and giving it to the most talented up front.look for good characters which adapt quickly and not after a season.how?with scouts.team morale is crucial.who ever dont listen you in your team talk throw him away.you are the boss after all.notice attributes as determination,decisions,workrate and teamwork.very crusial for team balance
