Last Striker Standing 2018 - TEAM UPDATES!

I've edited my country choices with a total long shot in addition to Brazil (I've seen an African Nation do well on one of my saves so why not lol).

Question what happens if none of the selected sides win the World Cup?

1. Arnold Schwarz - 37 Bayern ll Goals - 37 Points
Arnold was on fire for Bayern ll throughout the season and scored a mouth watering 37 goals. Will look to repeat that form for the full Bayern team at some point in the future.

2. Holdma Deek - 5 int goals, 2 youth int goals, 39 Games, 11 goals - 33 Points
Deek had a decent club season but it was really his international form that saved him from possible elimination. Will look to improve in the upcoming season to push for a potential first placed finish. Looks to be letting his contract run out.

3. Loki Thorsson - 36 Games, 7 Goals - 28 Points
Loki had 7 goals for Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga in what was a decent season. Initially signed for Monaco for just under half a mil but was immediately loaned out to Frankfurt for the season.

4. Barry Bigong - 1 Arsenal goal, 12 Exeter goals, 10 youth goals, 1 U21 goal - 27 Points
Was having a great season for Exeter before ultimately choosing to sign for Arsenal in the January transfer window for around 2 and a half mil. Now looks to be switching towards the Welsh national team set up after making a few appearances for the Welsh U21 national team.

5. Dickie Davies - 1 int goal, 43 Games, 23 Goals - 27 Points
Dickie stayed at Cheltenham for the entire season and led the team to a fourth placed finish. However, team failed to gain promotion and Dickie is expected to let his contract run out in a few weeks. Also scored his first goal for South Korea.

6. Hugo Caldeira - 41 Games, 11 Goals, 1 Int goal - 26 Points
Caldeira was loaned out from Monaco to Crystal Palace for the season and did well in the Championship with 11 goals in 41 games, also made his debut for the Portuguese national team and responded with a goal in a European championship qualifying game.

7. Edan Laffoley - 50 Games, 23 Goals - 23 Points
Laffoley stayed with Stevenage for the full season and managed an outstanding 23 goals before signing for Leicester City in the summer for what could eventually rise to 1.4 mil.

8. Kono Yukinari - 45 Games, 11 Goals - 22 Points
Signed for Leeds in the Championship soon after the season started for 1.2 mil and went on to have a good first season with 11 goals in 45 games. Will look to build on his early success next season.

9. Rasmus Nybo - 10 Morecambe goals, 2 U21 goals, 7 youth goals, 1 Wolverhampton goal - 21 Points
Signed for Bournemouth for around 200k in January after a decent half of the season for Morecambe, was however loaned out to Wolverhampton in the championship almost right away but unfortunately could only manage a single goal during his time with the team. Hopefully will get his opportunity for Bournemouth soon as the lack of form as cost him with the senior Norwegian national team.

10. Brane Ormso - 7 youth goals, 6 goals, 1 U21 goal - 20 Points
Brane ultimately chose to sign for Arsenal for about 400k before getting loaned out to Brighton in the Championship for the season. Managed 6 goals while at Brighton but things look tough for Ormso's future. Chances are he will be loaned out continuously for the next 5 years.

11. Miguel Palmer - 48 Games, 20 Goals - 20 Points
Miguel Palmer had a great season for Carlisle and is looking at possible options once his contract ends on July 1st. Looks to be heading to France or Spain.

12. Sven Jensen - 2 goals, 8 youth goals, 2 U21 goals - 18 points
Sven signed for Tottenham for 1.5 mil and ultimately decided to stay in North London for the season. Fortunately took his few opportunities when they came and survived quite comfortably in the end. Still yet to premier league game for Tottenham but did play in some FA Cup games. Was able to win the U23 Premier League and the Checkattrade trophies. Will be looking for a possible loan move in the upcoming season.

13. Simon Medina - 13 Accrington Stanley goals, 3 U20 goals - 16 Points
Was having an outstanding season before choosing to sign for Borussia Monchengladbach for a little over 2 mil. Did make 12 appearances for the club including 8 starts but was not able to register a goal or an assist in what was an horrendous start to life in Germany. Did however play well for the Argentine U20 national team and will look to build on that.

14. Shane Tracz - 4 U20 goal, 3 youth goals, 2 goals - 15 Points
Continued his great record for the England youth teams while also signing for Southampton in January for just over 1 mil before getting loaned out to Newcastle, a fellow premier league side. Managed 2 goals for Newcastle and needed both to survive. Still leaning towards the England national team but still eligible for Poland.

15. Daniel Porter - 2 U20 goals, 4 youth goals, 1 goal - 10 Points
Daniel Porter signed for Leicester City in the summer for just about 220K, stayed with the team all season and it almost cost him. Will look for a possible loan move with another promising striker, Edan Laffoley signing for the team recently.

16. Jensen Norgaard - 2 goals, 1 Youth goal - 5 Points
Signed for Arsenal for 150K in the Summer but what ultimately did him in was not choosing to go on loan until the second half of the season. By that point he had played very few games and was so out of form that the loan move to Hull City in the Championship for the second half of the season could not save him. Very unfortunate.

UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE CORRECTLY GUESSED THE WORLD CUP CHAMPION AS POLAND SHOCKED THE WORLD TO WIN IT LOL! THERE WILL BE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN A +10 BOOST SOON SO STAY TUNED!!

Not as good as last season and dissappointed that wor Brane Ormso signed for Arsenal, would have preferred a team where he'll get more game time in the Premier rather than being loaned out season after season.

Fingers crossed for a PL team next season.

Schwarz did well, specially as he is such a physical beast, labeled "explosive striker" yet has the trait of "static target man" haha.

All that pace and acceleration but stands still!

Bit worrying for Bigdong at Arsenal seeing how Norgaard looks to have much better attributes but got kicked out last round. Hope Barry gets out on loan soon

Not a good season! From first to nearly being knocked out.
Im hoping next season is alot better.

Loki looks to be taking the slow and steady route to the top mind you with his crossing ability I can see him getting re-trained as a winger.

Looking forward to seeing where South Korean machine Dickie Davies ends up when his contract runs out! Hopefully somewhere he plays!

Good to see I'm being a mercenry and waiting for a lucrative offer. Hoping I can get to a decent team with good training facilities as my attributes are falling behind everyone else
