Bargain of the round is Sammer for £9.1m. He was a quality defender and I was shocked that nobody else bidded for him. Both 'keepers went very cheaply as well, I'd suggest that everyone bids for 'keepers as you should be aiming for 3 in a squad of 20 and they won't cost you an arm and a leg.​

Michel for £14m was a bit of an overbid that round considering AussieOchoa's finances, and £10m for a manager is a little steep even though Clough is a legend.​

You need at least 7 more players with just 56m left, and you only have 1 defender so far. Going to have to start looking for bargains now, although £8m per player should still be plenty
