Well I thanked my lucky stars today, it was only a narrow win, Stanislas scoring on the 83rd minute. I dominated in possession, but I couldn't finish any of my chances.
Torres played poorly today and I'm not going to start him next match.
Next match against Wolves, and after that match I will be changing the format of this story.

EDWARDS RECIEVES AWARD
Liverpool boss Lewis Edwards has recieved the October manager of the month award. The award came after the following results:
Liverpool 3-1 Middlesborough (A)
Liverpool 3-0 Notts County (A)
Liverpool 1-0 Everton (H)
Liverpool 3-0 Wolves (H)
"I am very honoured to recieve this award," said Edwards, "However from past experience, the month after I recieve the award, I don't do too well. This used to happen to me at Notts County, so I'll have to be careful now."

ASTON VILLA 1-3 LIVERPOOL (TORRES 2, BENAYOUN)
Torres finally found his goal scoring form with 2 goals, and Benayoun suprised everyone by scoring.
Liverpool 3-0 Girondins De Bordeaux (Welliton, Pacheo, Jenssen) (Europa League)
A fantastic result. They're not an easy team so to win 3-0 was brilliant.
Liverpool 1-1 Chelsea (Jenssen)
Got off to a flyer, however I'm very dissapointed to concede a penalty on the 70th minute.
Man City 0-0 Liverpool
This was one of the most boring matches I've ever experienced on any type of football game ever.
Liverpool 1-0 Sunderland (Welliton)
I'm not completley satisfied with this narrow win, but I suppose a win is a win.
PLAYER OF THE MONTH:
Jenssen has been fantastic, and I think he is really competing with Steven Gerrard for the first team CM place.
MATCH OF THE MONTH:
My 3-0 win against Bordeaux was undoubtedly the best match of the month.
GOAL OF THE MONTH:
Fernando Torres' second goal vs Villa was good, a through ball played into him, then he rounded the keeper and slotted home.
LEAGUE POSITION:
2ND
