What about Chelsea budget?? Looks like they will spending big this summer. And many sources in twitter are saying Cavani to Chelsea is a done deal

Coutinho should be less injury prone! I am in the 5th season with LFC, and he have never played more than 20 league games per season. My training intensity is low so that is not the reason. In my opinion he should also have PA around 175/180 and at least 17 creativity. His ability to play troughballs is immense!

All of the players in Atletico deserves a boost, especially Miranda, Godin, Courtois, Filipe Luis, Oliver Torres and Diego Costa.
Plus it seems like Atletico will buy both Diego (Wolfsburg) and Toulalan (Malaga).

Filipe and Miranda were winning caps for Brazil aswell. Filipe absolutely deserves it, he's freaking consistent since he's arrived here from Deportivo. Miranda is great at CB too. Also Juanfran should be natural on RB, as most of the times he is playing winger in the game.

already have made haha, looked at atletico and thought it was a bit much as they are very much in financial 'trouble'

Chelsea budget is around 50-60mil i think, in game in every tester i have done they sign Cavani anyway

ill have a look what he already is, his creativity is around that and his PA is around 170
 
improve Ake's potential by a bit as he never seems to grow into anything good (might just be me)
I think you should leave the Chelsea assistant manger post vacant as nobody has been announced for it, they guys Jose brought with him from Madrid will just be fitness coach (Rui), goalkeeping coach (Louro) and scout (Morais)- takes AVBs old job.

Improve Jackson Martinez massive CA/PA as he has been great this season about 26 in 30.
