I think you should increase budget of FC Porto, they earned 70 milions from Moutinho and Rodriguez.
And also increase CA and PA of Jackson Martinez he had an amazing season.
And about Fabregas i have seen some people talking about a buy out clause, dont think that is the case, from the stuff i have read there seems to be an agreement between Arsenal and Barcelona if they decide to sell Fabregas, Arsenal have the priority to buy him before other teams... Considering there is no option for something like that in game, maybe its best not to touch that, cuz if you set a buy out clause everyone managing a big club will buy Fabregas, and that would be stupid cuz he obviusly intends to stay with Barcelona.

East Fife have been bought over and are now spending money, so they should have a bigger wage budget and reputation. And they've been handing out proffesional contracts. Airdrie have changed their name to Airdrieonians.

Ismaël Bouzid to East Fife
Christian Nade to East Fife

Gary Harkins to St.Mirren.
Darren Barr to Kilmarnock.

Hearts should have a 15 point deduction.

Alvaro Negredo will complete his £24.5million move to Manchester City on Wednesday afternoon, says Sevilla president Jose Maria Del Nido.
It looked as though the Spain striker's move to England was about to collapse earlier in the week as City had not reached Sevilla's valuation but the clubs have now come to an agreement.
City will pay an initial £21.5m for the 27-year-old, who scored 31 times in 42 club appearances last season, but this could rise by £3m following add-ons.

'We are about to complete the sale of Negredo to Manchester City. If all goes well, he will say goodbye this afternoon at the Sanchez Pizjuan,' Del Nido said.

'City are signing a great player. It is the contract of his life.'

Yep keeping my eye on it

Fejes András - from: Videoton - to: MTK (loan)
Rubén Pérez - from: Atletico Madrid - to: Elche (loan)
Cristian Sapunaru - from: Zaragoza - to: Elche
José Campana - from: Sevilla - to: Crystal Palace
Lucas Digne - from: Lille - to: PSG

Fred from Shakhtar deserves CA and PA upgraded they payed him 15 milion euros, very talented attacking midfielder.
Monaco deserves a serious reputation increase, aren't many players who wouldn't want to play there, they are rich, taxes are low and all around great place to live there.(you probably already did this, but i just wanted to mention it :D )
Juan Quintero also deserves CA and PA increased mega talented midfielder.
And regarding Napoli i have also read that they have 124.5 milion euros for transfers.
Rooney in my opinion deserves a decrease in his CA and PA cuz he didnt play much and was not playing as great as he did previous seasons.
Vidic also should be seriously decreased and injury pronesness increased .
Villa also deserves to be decreased.
Paulinho should be increased CA and PA he was a very importand player for Brazil at Confederations Cup.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan deserves a big upgrade, 25 goals in 29 matches is impresive considering he is an attacking midfielder. He was wanted by europes biggest clubs for a reason, and is wearing a number 10 in Dortmund for a reason. They expect big things from him, and i am sure he will be amazing.

And can i use your update with 13.3.3 patch?

On the subject of Fabregas:
Isn't it so that he has a 'buy back clause' just for Arsenal, and not a 'buy out clause' for anyone?

Like if Barca accept a bid from any club, Arsenal has a first option to buy him for a set fee. If they neglect this oportunity, then it opens the door for any club to bid.
So it's basically all depending on Arsenal where he ends up, IF Cesc accepts their offer, that is..

In the update Tin Jedvaj has an arranged transfer from Dinamo to Spurs, but in real life he has joined Roma. Probably been mentioned but I just clocked it.

Anyway you can change Suarez's info to be that he prefers not to play for Liverpool? He has said he would move to a Champions League club not just to a team outside of England, I know there is no option to add "prefers to play for a Champions League club" but he is very open to a move away from Liverpool.

It changes depending on what you read and your interpretation of it... Reason I'm just leaving it for now until its clearer

Ill look at it, doesn't really make any difference... The player is still happy when the game starts...

I would be very confident he will not move to arsenal though, doesn't make sense and not a massive step up to be challenging for everything ... Plus cannot see them paying anything over 40mil
Lucas Digne from Lille to PSG
Yep
Mouyokolo to Celtic
Yep
Yep

Ivan Kelava at the end is playing for Udinese and not for Grenada (they brought him in when Brkic got injured and he played his first game today), it would be nice if you could change it on next update after your holidays, thanks
