Maybe. But the majority of clubs have voted them into Div 3, and Rangers themselves have made it clear that they do not wish to appeal that decision. Would be ridiculous if the SFA overturned it anyway.
 
Right here is the whole Rangers situation just now, I doubt it will be the end as I can see more players leaving and even the SFA changing the decision as they are so corrupt.
Rangers put into Division 3- No embargo no deduction and name changed to The Rangers Football Club. They get to keep their history, staidum, kits, badge etc just the name changed.
Stranraer to Division 2
Airdrie to Divsion 1
Dundee or Dunfirmline will be put in the SPL on Monday but going by the decisions with Airdrie and Stranraer going up I would put Dundee in it if you do it just now.

Jamie Ness (Stoke City)

Green says Rangers have money to spend to replace the departed players. I would give them 2m and lower the repuatation remarkably too.
 
Guessing you've got it, but Paul Coutts of Preston joined Derby today for around £150k on a three year deal

all done apart from ive made them a new club, meaning they have no history, apart from that everything is the same

I think Valencia at United should be improved a lot! I would say that Meireles, Moutinho and Veloso are underated :p perhaps u could take a look at Assou-Ekotto at Spurs? in my opinion he's better than the standard database says

I'd upgrade Rafal Wolski to at least a -9 if not a 170-185 fixed PA, since he literally does look like a boss player although it is the Polish league but I'm quite convinced by the sheer amount of confidence he has in rouletting players and rainbow-flicking the ball against, at the very least; half-decent players. This has probably been mentioned before though.

I'd be inclined to suggest making Jo Inge Berget at least the same PA as Thomas Drage and Markus Henriksen (if not more), since he's fairly young and although he didn't make an impact at Udinese, he did come back to Molde and lead them to their first title and has continued some good form this Norwegian Season. (Different scheduling, but the close of the last season, and the beginning of this coincides with the normal schedule).

Mandzukic needs a fairly substantial increase in CA and PA, and very specifically his finishing; 12 for a player that is Bayern-worthy and renowned for his clinical finishing is quite unfair.

I'd up Cabaye a little, as well as Tiote if you haven't already. Terry probably needs a temperament change to slightly higher after his kneeing of Sanchez (LOL). You'll probably disagree but David Luiz has potential better than FM rate him imo, maybe not world class, but close to it; people tend to ignore the second half of our season and recall the shockingly bad defending in the first half.

Will look at all, however, polish guy would be too much for 170 fix, would need to prove it more but I'll have a look at all
 
Thats Rangers been relegated to division 3 now. I am dying to go bring them back up. Can you please do this?? Dorin Goian, Carlos Bocanegra and Maurice Edu have left aswell or are leaving. Any help you need with information on Rangers just gives a shout pal. Cheers
