Liverpool F.C. The 5 Year Plan.

Ah man, what a sad end to a great Europa League campaign, hopefully your players will learn of the experience. Also sad to see you didn't make the Champions League but always look at the bright side of life, you certainly have a big chance of winning the Europa League next season. Lastly that striker does look very promising indeed especially since he possesses some very good qualities such as teamwork and natural fitness.

Aye, we came so close but the goals dried up in the second half of the season. At least I know where to improve on for 2016/17.

He dose look promising indeed. To be performing at that level at only 16... I think he could be something special.

unlucky with the final. keep ur heads up high and up to the next season:)

#We go again!

As a Spurs fan its nice to see us win something.

That youngster looks very promising indeed, you won't be able to sign him till he is 18 though will you?

Haha, My best mate is a Gunner so he naturally felt that loss more than I did :P

Aye, he won't arrive at Anfield for another 2 years (when he's 18) because of the rule in Brazil but I hope he develops well enough to be starting games. Portugesea (his team) just got relegated to Seira B so he should get more games with them.

So unlucky against Spurs but push on for next season!

Aye, it was one match too far. I've played like 19 games that season in Europe. Insane amount of fixtures.

Absolutely devastating mate.

On the other hand its brilliant that FM have this feature! Woo!

Aye, I love it to be honest. Gives me two front to fight on this way ;)

The only worry now is holding onto my star players. This is the second year in a row I've missed out on Champions League football and I can't see the likes of Coutinho, Henderson and Moreno willing to stay much longer like this.

UEFA European Championship 2016

View attachment 320467For the first time, the European Championship final tournament will be contested by 24 teams, having
been expanded from the 16-team format that had been used since 1996. Under this new format, the
finalists will contest a group stage consisting of six groups of four teams, followed by a knock-out stage
including three rounds and the final.

The winners will earn the right to participate in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup hosted by Russia.
If Germany or Russia win, however, the runner-up will qualify as Germany have already qualified due
to winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and Russia have qualified as hosts.

France was chosen as the host on 28 May 2010, after a bidding process in which they beat Italy and
Turkey for the right to host the 2016 finals. The matches will be played in ten stadia in ten cities:
Bordeaux, Lens, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Paris, Saint-Denis, St-Etienne, and Toulouse.
View attachment 320463It will be the third time that France hosts the tournament, after the inaugural tournament in 1960 and
the 1984 finals. The French team have won the European Championship two times: in 1984 and 2000.

The top team from each group qualifies directly for the Quarter Final.
The group runners up and the 4 teams finishing 3rd with the highest
number of points will face off in the second round to determine who
the group winners meet in the Quarter Final.

Jordan Henderson put in a sensational performance this season; scoring 11 goals
and making 10 assists in 46 appearances. He was a workhorse in midfield, tirelessly
chasing down every ball while he has the mental and technical stats to be excellent
going forward. With Gerrard getting too old to be a regular starter, Henderson will
take the Capitan's Armband this season and lead the club into what we all hope will be a
sucsessfull one.

Which is why things got complicated when Manchester City started to show an interest.

Hopefully I can bring in the kind of talent he's looking for to keep him here.
I won't be letting him go cheaply if it comes to it though.

Great coaching additions there pal,
Fingers crossed to keeping hold of henderson and co.

Hope you can keep Henderson as he will do great as seasons go on and a couple of great coaching signings there!

Aye, I'm hoping I don't loose him as he's a dynamo in midfield.

The best FM story I've ever read. Hands down. KUI my friend!

Cheers my friend. I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Hope you can keep Henderson as he will do great as seasons go on and a couple of great coaching signings there!

Aye, he's hugely important to my plans. Allan can do a job in replaceing him but Hendo' has a certain terrier-like aggression in the way he plays. That boy just wants toe ball!!!!

By far my favorite story! Helps escape from the real Liverpool XD

Lucas Levia:
Lucas is a very good midfielder but he's not first choice. I've so many
center mids looking to break through and the money we got from this
sale is worth more to us than the 29 year old Brazilian.

Oliver Giroud:
The French man came in to provide competition for Sturridge but Coutinhio and Giovinco
ended up having teh seasons of their lives. Now with Sinclair and Origi coming back to try
break into the first team I felt it was better for him to move on.

Maximilian Meyer: I'd been tracking this kid for the past 12 months and he preformed well; scoring 5
and making 3 assists in 24 appearances. He will be a big part of my squad rotatioin this year as my
style revolves around having 3 exceptionally talented Midfielders being with high technique

Patrick Roberts: I think everyone knew I wanted this kid. I identified his as a target in my first seaosn
but was only now in a possition to buy him. I felt I overspent on him a bit; 9M-10M would have been
a fairprice but he is almost identical to Coutinho with the potential to be just as good. An England
star of the future!

Benedikt Howedes: This was a Henderson inspired signing. He wanted the quality of the squad improved
so why not sign a world cup winning Central Defender. Whether it is himself, Shawcross, Lovren or Sakho,
paired in the Back 4, I'm in safe hands with these 4 CB's to call on.

Pablo Sarabia: While I don't see him as a first choice option, he's a good rotation option. Quick and agile,
I feel he may be a bright spark to introduce to game that need more pace and movement to unlock.

Itumeleng Khune: I'm exceptionally delighted with this deal. Timo Hildebrand announced he was retiring
at the end of the season so I needed to go looking for a 2nd choice Keeper to give Mignolet competition while
Scuffet is away on loan learning his trade. When I found of that Khune's contract was expiring at the end of the
season, I jumped at the chance to sign the South African International. He's come in on a generous contract but under the understanding he's a Backup; but he has the ability to lay claim to the #1 jersey.

28 million for Lucas? i would sell even if he was a first team option.

Also great signing in Patrick Roberts. the guy was an absolute stud for me in my Southampton

Edit: make sure to tutor him though. looks like he didn't improve a lot while he was at Fulham. With the right Tutor (i had Tadic) his determination and other stats will sky-rocket

Great story mate, getting my FM crave back! Good bit of business with Lucas he always seems to get a good bit of money on FM.

Aye, It really helped me fund these signings as every year we're out of thh Champions League costs us £100M on adverage.

I think I got as much for him as I did because I was using him and he was getting quick high ratings. He played well for me.

Roberts: His Determination is only 4 so I think that's responsible for the low progress. Still, he's still young enough to improve.
I have Coutinho tutoring him and giving him his PPMs since they're very similar players.

Alberto Moreno: Not happy to have lost my 1st choice Left Back but I did promise to sell him
if i didn't qualify for the Champions League. The dressing room revolted against me and in the
end, I sided with them and agreed to sell the boy. He's only one player and I've Kolarov and
Flannagan who can play at Left Back to a high standard in the Premier League.

Simone Scuffet: Ideally, I'd have rathered send him on loan to a club in Europe but Ligue 1 is a
good challenge for the level he is at.
