In the dutch competition Carragher would have sent off, but in the BPL there's a lot more tolerated...

Carroll blatantly pushed him in the back so he couldn't header the ball.

No he didn't, there wasn't enough force in that 'push' to close a fridge door. He literally touched his back, it looked almost sexual it was so light.

We should have won this by now. Our general play deserved more goals. Superb run by Downing - great speed & technique - so unlucky. Nice quaterbacking from Adam & a great assist for the goal. We looked comfortable except for Pepe nearly making a pig's ear of a fist out. Jamie needs to be carefull after that 'John Bishop' tackle on Gyan. We still tried the occasional hoof to Carroll's head but thankfully kept it to a minimum.

At least another goal required in the second half to make this one safe.

That is a good goal. Bit poor from Flanagan though.

What a goal Seb Larsson.. wonderful volley.

Any other stream for the game? My veetle one died. :(

And that is why the 2 goal cushion is so vital, great finish.

This is what will define our season, gotta see how we react to that shock...
