I always leave training to Asst. Manager. Happy to hear that its starting to work.....the links for the updated tactics is the same place where you downloaded the previous tactics

I've started using this tactic with my San Marino team, to set the seen, i've got back to back promotions to Seria A and I have a very weak squad for the league. Before using this tactic I was 7th in the league, already over-achieving, but had just lost 3 on the bounce.

1-0 H Juventus - defended well and goalie made lots of good saves, first time Juve failed to score all season and only their 2nd defeat.
1-1 A Bologna - took the lead and had chances to make it comfortable, but conceded a late equaliser.

So far so good! Only problem is that I don't have a target man type player in my squad.
 
I've recently had some good luck with this tactic that i created:

Formation:

I used spurs for this tactic and only signed Lewandowski. (He is not essential to have)

I used no shouts, left OI and team talks to Asst. Manager.

I always let the Asst. Manager choose the starting XI before each match. I never made a substitution unless there was an injury to a player.

This tactic has also worked for me with AS Monaco but I'm not expecting everyone to be able to replicate my results.

4141 wow what a tactic! Though I'd try it out for my Wigan team, and well I'll just let you see the results;)

I must say I have never seen such domination! My favorite thing about this tactic is the defensive work! Much prefer winning games 1-0 and 2-0 then high scoring games. Teams hardly have any CCC as we just pass the ball around them and then score a couple goals from nowhere. Just look at the last 2 games v Spurs and Man City and didn't concede a goal, even played with 10 men v City in the 2nd half.

thanks dude...much appreciated...i was also surprised with this tactic as it does seem to perform even better with 10 men

thanks for testing it out....and cheers for the positive feedback....hope it continues to perform like this...also im surprised how well it has worked with wigan and southampton....

If anyone does test out the new 4141hmmm tactic......and tries using shouts is it possible if you could post on this thread which shouts have worked the best to improve the tactic even more.

Ive been using your tactic with shouts, pass to feet and work ball into box with very good results playing as man utd.
Played 5 won 5 i find by using pass to feet it stops your players from giving the ball away to opposition therefore limiting there chance of scoring and beating you.
Working ball into box also gives your players time to get into advanced scoring positions.
Happy days.

thank you very much for replying.....i'll be using ur suggested shouts.....and i'll post some screenshots of the results i get...
 
As promised here are some screenshots of me using the shouts suggested by garyhorton33. I am testing this with Preston North End as this show what most people would want to know if it would work with a weak team.

Very good in defence and as you can see most of my matches have ended 1-0 to me. I could have scored more but my striker is completely rubbish.

I would say that these shouts have worked perfectly as my team is winning matches and keeping many clean sheets.

However, my board aren't happy with this style of play.

The training settings that I'm using was advised by sgaramis as it does improve the tactic.

You use this training always or sometimes change them?


1) With regard to tactics - a great tactician, I mean "Hmmm," my Ajax plays with it is not bad enough, but sometimes painful loss. that is, it feels stable, and then losing two in a row.


2) Is there a way to improve the corner, as in "Mr Langvatn feat Lordofavp 4-4-1-1 Cialis Solid Defence". And then very little scoring from a corner.

Nope leave it as it is! Just always make sure you are rotating players to keep them fit and keep morale high.
