Jamil is awesome aye? I played him from BSP, i am about to end now my 4 or 5th season, i go 1st in L1 and he scored already 40 goals, end march. he s a beast!!
 
I am still trying to do this, uni work and other commitments have been making the 3rd season a very long time. HOWEVER, this result does need to be shown, am in BSP and Sunderland are in the Premiership :D

yeh jamil is pretty good. he seems a bit inconsistant thought ive found with his quality of finishing, how does everyone play him? i have him as a deep lying forward in a front 3, as thats the best for him apparently

I played him alone on ST this season, as a Trequartista, and he destroyed the other teams by himself, you can see it...

Very overall strong season, amazing performance in deffence and Adam in fornt.
Selling Plummer for 1.2 M boosted my finances and so did getting so far on FA Cup!
Not much needed for next season, the loans were brillant so i need to get a few more and hopefully better for uncoming season, change the backup GK and maybe some CB that's is not showing the potential expected.

Tried negotiating for 500k + 50% of next sale with AlbinoLeffe for my best player but they rejected, made an offer of 500k in installments with 25% of profit of next sale and my board automatically accepted :( I think I would have won the league with him but i'm happy just getting promoted. Started League 1 with 2 wins and 1 draw so far but a really small squad so will be happy with mid table.

1st season - Blue Square South Winners, plus FA Trophy Winners. (Club bought out during 1st season, new stadium capacity 8810 announced for completion 2014.
2nd season - Blue Square Prem Winners, FA Trophy Runners-up
3rd season - League 2 runners up (promotion), JPT winners.
4th season - League 1 winners, JPT runners up. (Another stadium expansion granted)
5th season - Currently 4th in Championship with 2 games remaining, mathematically still possible to achieve automatic promotion, however most likely to end up in playoffs....


My main problem however is the fact that my stadium was built, and has not been given a name.... i have a stadium sponsorship agreement in my finances, but there still isnt a name for my stadium, how annoying!!

Yeah I got loads of screenshots saved up.... basically had the week off last week ill, so gave my arsenal save some shelf time and commited to take the mighty seagulls all the way to the top.

Have had to sell a couple of youngsters/prospects to higher level to supplement the bank balance, but apart from that still essentially the same team has taken me through the leagues...

Have created my own tactics, one 4-3-3 (more of a 4-1-2-2-1) and one 4-4-2. Can upload later if interested?

Also, use Raikan007's training schedules.... brilliant.

Regarding players used, have mostly signed released higher level players that have good teamwork and workrate stats, they seem to have a point to prove.

Fingers crossed I can conquer the play-offs tonight, and take my place at English Footballs top table!!!

I started unemployed & on holiday until I got Histon FC offer. Histon were lying 3rd last in Blue Square North around October and I finished mid-table in an uneventful 1st season. In the summer I let go some junk players who were wasting my wage bill and brought in replacements. Starting to play well in 2nd Season under a traditional 4-4-2 system with targetman Jack Stevens and pacy midget Mannion upfront.

Further update (Apologies for the lack of Screenshots, they will follow i promise)

Season 5 reaches it's end with me getting promoted via the playoffs, defeating Bristol City 1-0 (H) and 2-0 (A), then fluking a 1-0 win against Huddersfield at Wembley. PRemiership here I come. 5 consecutive promotions.

Stadium expanded again in order to comply with league regulations, but this did mean they cancelled a proposed upgrade to our training facilities... maybe next year eh?

On the plus side, and it is most definitely a plus...... I just signed MARIO BALOTELLI, Stewart Downing and Josh McEchran on free transfers (whilst selling Jeffrey Monakana to Norwich for £2.5m) Plus signed a lot of italian regen defenders who seem to have amazing potential.
