April Fixtures

View attachment 389252

So in between the Arsenal European games we beat Everton 3-0 before going on to our worse losing streak since i took over with 2 losses in a row as i rested key players for cup games with the league practically sown up costing us a couple of points.
I played a youthful line up in the FA Cup Semi Final against Nottm Forest but after the hour mark had to bring on the big guns Kagawa and Diego Costa who came on and grabbed 4 quick goals.
We beat Swansea between the two Barcelona games with a very youthful line up in which youth intake player Savva got his first goal.

League Table

View attachment 389251

There you have it we win the league with 2 games to go and a massive 10 points clear of Chelsea with the FA Cup Final against bottom of the league West Ham to prepare for.

May Fixtures

View attachment 389238

We beat West Ham and confirmed their relegation to the Championship only a couple of weeks before we met them in the FA Cup Final whilst we also ended the league season with a decent win over surprise package Stoke.

League Table

View attachment 389237

So there you go we ended the season 10 points clear of second place Chelsea with Arsenal in 3rd and surprise package Aston Villa in 4th grabbing the last Champions League spot. Man City had to settle for scraping into a top half finish once Simeone came in and settled the sinking ship.

Player Stats

So Costa only comes in second in the race for the Golden Boot whilst Mata has the most assists and the highest average rating over the season with Fellaini having the most yellow cards this season with 15.

Man Utd Squad In Order of Apps

View attachment 389212

Top Goalscorer - Diego Costa - 41 Goals

View attachment 389211

Well my first big signing for the club really delivered this season with an incredible 41 goals in 57 games and at only 25 years of age is going to be key to our success for years to come.

Player Of The Year - Juan Mata

View attachment 389210

13 goals and 24 assists for Man Utd's record signing in his first season with the club, the front 3 of Mata, Kagawa and Valencia have all been in fine form but Mata just edged it as he is the reigning World Player of the Year.

Young Player of the Year - Adnan Januzaj

View attachment 389209

The youngster played over 40 games for us this season and managed an impressive 12 goals and 19 assists and is definitly a key player for our future, I can see him replacing Valencia in the main front 3 in the next season or two.

Players Going To The World Cup

View attachment 389166

So we have 14 players going to the World Cup Finals but what surprised me was at first i assumed Diego Costa, Mata and De Gea had not made the Spanish squad but when i checked they were all in the side along with Moreno but Spain in fact had failed to qualify.
They came second in their group and then lost their playoff to Poland.
So one of our players made it all the way to the World Cup Final but its not one you would have believed as Valencia and Ecuador lost in the Final to Portugal on penalties!
England got to the Semi Finals with Tom Cleverly making the Team of the Tournament.

Asian Player of the Year Kagawa tops the shirt sales with the big surprise being Michael Carrick rounding off the top 5.

Man Utd Best Eleven

View attachment 389164

Cleverly had an amazing season as i certaintly didnt expect him to be ahead of Carrick in my pecking order along with Evra who i was willing to let leave at the end of his contract when i joined the club but he has worked out so well that i offered him a new deal last month

unlucky on the Barce result, never knew how much of a beast Costa was. On my utd save he's topping both goals and assists charts!

He is pretty amazing, he must be one of the best transfers you can do first season considering his price, age and the goals he can score. I was gutted about the Barca result but glad in a way i didnt win everything in the first season

Season Expectations

View attachment 389104

If i move the wage budget around i can get this to over ?50Million so i have plenty to spend if i want to.

Players Out

So first off we had the likes of Giggs, Ferdinand and Vidic leave on free transfers with their contracts up saving us around ?300k a week in wages. I would have liked to have kept Vidic but he didnt even speak to us but i did offer Evra a new deal but Ferdinand wanted over 100k a week to sit on my subs bench.

So there were 3 money transfers out in total with forgotten man Darren Fletcher moving to Southampton for ?4.8Million whils Anderson moved to Russia for around ?2.6Million

Rooney moved to Chelsea for just over ?20Million as i got tired of his constant moaning of wanting to leave, wanting a new challenge, needing more game time so i just sold him. It wasnt for very much but just like RVP no one wanted him.

Its ridiculous that i tried to go for the likes of Isco, Pique and Pogba in deals that would have cost us our whole budget over ?50Million for one of them and that gets turned down and then i struggle to sell Rooney for ?20Million.
I know its because hes an unwanted player for me and there key players for their sides but a deal for Pogba of ?52Million plus Wayne Rooney and 50% of the next transfer as i started to get desperate and its still turned down? WTF?

Players In

Anywhose lets not talk about who i didnt bring in but who i did manage to sign. So i only spent ?26Million on 3 transfers in the summer as i focused on bringing in some of the players out on loan last season into the first team squad with Zaha and Henriquez two i plan on using a lot this season feeling like new signings for me anyway.
I was going to keep Nick Powell but i think he would struggle to get much game time this season for us so shipped him out on loan for another season.

Matthias Ginter - DC/DMC/CM - ?5.75 Million

View attachment 389101

Hes a verly highly rated player in real life and on the game with the likes of Bayern and Dortmund circling i snapped him up for less than his value in a brilliant deal as he will also help cover two of our under strength areas in defence and midfield.

Eder Balanta - DLC - ?12 Million

View attachment 389100

Balanta is another centre back who will fight it our for a starting place against the likes of Ginter, Evans, Mangala and Jones but i can also see him playing at left back and pusing Moreno further forward as a winger.

Andre Schurrle - AML/ST - ?8.25Million

View attachment 389099

He was on the transfer list at Chelsea and was a cheap alternative for cover on the wing and upfront after i had big offers for Iker Munian and Lucas Moura turned down.

Community Shield V Chelsea

View attachment 389097

It was a rather frustrating game with Chelsea sticking a lot of men behind the ball but we managed to win the match with a very late penalty which Florenzi slotted away with the icing on the cake Rooney getting subbed off after having a mare of a debut!

Champions League Group Draw

View attachment 389096

A pretty straightforward group really with At Madrid the team we need to beat but without Diego Costa there not going to be much of a problem.

August Fixtures

View attachment 389095

So we started off our defence of our league title with an impressive 4-1 victory over Southampton with Diego Costa grabbing a hattrick. We then struggled to break Fulham down in a bore draw at Craven Cottage but we managed to end the month on a high with a 3-0 victory over Top 4 chasing side Tottenham with Florenzi and Costa getting the goals again as Costa looks set to carry on with his awesome goalscoring form from last season with 5 goals already.

League Table

View attachment 389094

Top of the table already and its nice to see Man City struggling having lost 2 of their first 3 games.

Player Stats

View attachment 389093

So we have faced two of our old strikers in Hernandez and Rooney this season already and its Diego Costa who reigns supreme .

Got to say really liking this story. Seems like Rooney always moans haha nothing old there.

Thanks mate, never really liked Rooney so glad to get rid of him in a way but he doesnt stop moaning on the game so at least its true to real life.
how is city so bad in you save XD

Not sure they havent really done any transfers with Griezmann, Bartra and Jordan Henderson coming in with Nastasic the only big name leaving and Aguero even had 28 goals last season but just couldnt win a game.

This new season is so realistic :P. Chelsea parking the bus and rooney moaning

Man City Sack Simeone

View attachment 388944

So after their poor start to the season Man City sacked Diego Simeone less than year after they spent a fortune in compensation to bring him to the club from At Madrid.
They spent a further ?4Million to bring in his replacement Rafa Benitez who will be the 3rd manager in charge of City since i took charge of United only 14 months ago.

Tactic And Starting 11

View attachment 388943

Heres my best starting 11 and favoured tactic but i do change the starting lineup in practically every game with having such a big and talented squad and go whole months using different tactics with this more of an attacking sort of tactic i had to use something a little more defensive when the big games came thick and fast in April last season.

September Fixtures

View attachment 388942

So we started the month with a draw against fierce rivals Liverpool in the league with youngster Henriquez coming off the bench to grab an equalizer but we couldnt get the winner despite numerous chances.
We then beat Norwich and Young Boys in impressive 3-0 victories with Kagawa and Costa in fine form before my reserve side beat Sheffield United in the cup with Henriquez bagging a brace.
We thrashed West Brom 6-0 with Costa scoring a first half hattrick and then his replacement in the second half Henriquez netted his 4th goal of the month.
We ended the month with an important win over At Madrid in the Champions League with Kagawa scoring a very late injury time goal in the first half to seal the 3 points.

League Table

View attachment 388941

Top of the pile a point ahead of rivals Liverpool whilst Man City are all the way down in 15th place with Benitez having a huge task on his hands.

Player Stats

View attachment 388940

Diego Costa sits top of the Golden Boot chart with 8 league goals already this season with former player Hernandez in second place on 6 goals.

Diego Costa Out For 3 Weeks

View attachment 388832

October Fixtures

View attachment 388831

So we started the month with decent wins over Cardiff and Newcastle with young defender Balanta getting his first goal for the club and Januzaj back in a bit of form after recent niggling injuries.
We then beat Stuttgart comfortably in the Champions League before limping to a draw with Man City in the league as we miss Diego Costa's cutting edge with Henriquez missing a hatful of chances.
I then let the reserves play Man City in the Capital One Cup only a few days later with it taking a late equalizer from Mata for us to break the deadlock before we went on to win the tie on penalties with Henriquez scoring the winning penalty.

League Table

View attachment 388830

After the draw with Man City we drop down into second this month but were still undefeated in the league this season and already have an awesome goal difference at plus 20.

Chelsea Still Park The Bus

View attachment 388626

So Chelsea still sat back and let us take the game to them despite Fellaini getting sent off only a couple of minutes into the game but at least Rooney had another mare of a game against us.

November Fixtures

View attachment 388622

An impressive start to the month with a 6-1 thumping of Stoke and we then go onto beat Stuttgart with a couple of early goals with Henriquez in fine goalscoring form again.
As already mentioned we had the bore draw with Chelsea and then Diego Costa scored the early and only goal against Everton in the big match at the top of the table.
We then managed to turn the game on its head and beat Young Boys as Fellaini got sent off early on again as i get really peed off with him and fine him and place him in the reserves for a week or two.
We end the month with another important win over Arsenal this time with Welbeck scoring the winner in a game we were 2-0 down at one point.

League Table

View attachment 388619

Top of the table now after important wins over Everton and Arsenal and the bore draw with Chelsea with Liverpool just behind us.

Player Stats

View attachment 388616

Diego Costa is top of the Golden Boot chart equal on goals with the mighty Wolfwinkel who Norwich fans are surely wishing was this good in real life. I knew Hernandez could get goals and he has with Tottenham but im happy with second choice striker Henriquez contributions so far.
