Thanks mate, I never like to change too much too quickly with the squad and Cleverly was pretty good last season but he has dropped behind Ginter, Florenzi and Fellaini in the midfield pecking order now and will probably leave in the summer along with the likes of Smalling, Welbeck and Carrick

Florenzi and Jones Injury Concerns

Champions League Group Table

View attachment 388516

An impressive display in the Group stages with 6 wins from 6 and the big surprise was At Madrid only managing 2 points as they unable to even beat Y Boys.

West Brom Knock Us Out Of The Capital One Cup

View attachment 388515

So i played a few of the second string with the likes of Henriquez, Zaha and Gauld all starting and it backfired as despite having numerous chances we could not find the back of the net and lost on penalties.

Champions League 1st Knockout rnd draw

View attachment 388514

So we get drawn against Inter in what could be a tough tie whilst the big tie this round is probably Arsenal V Bayern Munich.

December Fixtures

View attachment 388513

Well our form was all over the place this month as we lost to Aston Villa and Crystal Palace in poor performances but also scored 5 against Nottm Forest, 6 against Bolton and 7 goals against Leeds.
5 wins out of 8 isnt too bad but getting knocked out of one of the cups was not acceptable.

League Table

View attachment 388512

So despite a couple of poor losses in the league we end the year top of the table 1 point clear of second placed Everton. Man City are doing a little better with Benitez in charge and are now at the lofty place of 7th and may even get Europa League football next season

Player Stats

View attachment 388511

17 league goals in 19 league games and Diego Costa is 5 goals better off than his nearest rival in the race for the Golden Boot

Carrick was a beast for me.. Seated Ander Herrera.. i actually also bought Matthias Ginter and he turns into a tank.

Carrick was a beast for me.. Seated Ander Herrera.. i actually also bought Matthias Ginter and he turns into a tank.
I didnt expect Ginter to be anywhere near my first team like he is at the moment especially being so young but hes keeping Felliani out of the side whos annoying the **** out of me with his early sending offs

Just finishing my 6 months on the pass the parcel save now and then should be back on this save with the updates tomorrow morning, hopefully get the season completed whilst i have a couple of days off

Kagawa Retains His Asian Player of the Year Award

View attachment 388220

Henriquez Wins European Golden Boy

View attachment 388219

After a decent loan spell and a blistering start to the season for us Henriquez wins the European Golden Boy award with 22 goals in 37 games this past year.

Winter Transfer Window

View attachment 388218

So i didnt bring anyone in as i struggled to sell the likes of Carrick,Smalling and Welbeck and i dont really want to have a massive unhappy squad because im stockpiling good young players.
So the big transfers out was Bebe and 3rd choice GK Amos going for around a Million between them whilst i also loaned out the likes of Zaha, Mitchell and Savva who were not getting the desired game time here.

January Fixtures

View attachment 388217

So we started the month with a big win over Nottm Forest in the FA Cup before scoring the first and last goal in a poor 2-2 draw with Southampton.
We then managed to beat Fulham with 3 early goals but the loss badly to title rivals Tottenham before letting our second string beat Walsall in the FA Cup 4th rnd.
We then got our league form back on track with a hard fought victory over rivals Liverpool and then a big win over West Brom to end the month.

League Table

View attachment 388216

Only 3 points clear at the top but it would have been more if we hadnt have lost to Tottenham as the title race is down to 2 teams with Liverpool and Everton 7 points behind us now.

Player Stats

View attachment 388215

Its all about Spanish pair Costa and Mata so far this season with Kagawa really struggling to find the form he was in last season

Match V Newcastle 100th Game In Charge

View attachment 388185

Champions League 1st Knockout rnd 1st leg - Away V Inter

View attachment 388184

Italian Florenzi enjoyed being back home as he snatches a massive couple of goals for us which all but secures our place in the next round with Inter having to score at least 3 goals to win the tie at Old Trafford.

Feb Fixtures

View attachment 388182

So my 100th game in charge didnt quite go to plan as Newcastle manage to hold us to a draw and blow the title race wide open again.
We then managed to get back on track with some impressive victories over Norwich and Cardiff before Diego Costa became the Bane of Stoke with a couple of goals to knock them out of the FA Cup and 2 more to beat them in the league a few days later.
As already mentioned we beat Inter too in a very productive month as we scored 14 goals and only conceded 2 goals.

League Table

View attachment 388180

Currently 3 points clear of Chelsea and Everton with a massive goal difference over the teams around us being +25 better off than second place Chelsea.

Player Stats

View attachment 388179

Costa still tops the Golden Boot chart with 22 league goals in 25 starts but Mata has struggled to set many up in the league recently as i feels like hes been on 10 assists for months.

Daniel Marks - ST

View attachment 388125

In my previous Man Utd save i was lucky to get any potentially decent players at all in 11 seasons i did but some of these are looking like at least future squad players especially the GK who will become our second choice keeper once i sell moany Lindegaard in the summer and the defender will hopefully get a few games in the next few seasons but the striker doesnt really stand a chance at the club at the moment and will have to look at how he does on loan.

Beat Inter To Make Champions League Quarter Finals

View attachment 388003

So we beat Inter on the night but star of the show last time round Florenzi missed a penalty but we made the Champions League Quarter Finals with an impressive 4-1 agg win.

Champions League Quarter Final Draw

View attachment 388002

So we get drawn in a massive domestic tie as we get drawn against Chelsea and former star player Wayne Rooney, Since i took charge we have not lost in 5 meetings against Chelsea.

Kagawa Will Miss Rest of Season With Injury

View attachment 388000

March Fixtures

View attachment 387999

So we struggle against Chelsea with Rooney finally getting a goal against us his old club with Diego Costa scoring a penalty just after the hour mark to ****** a point.
We then went 3-0 up against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup tie but they grabbed 2 goals back in the second half which really set up a nervy finish to the match.
We thrashed sorry local rivals Man City as their woes continue despite a third manager in 2 seasons before we went and beat Inter at home as was already mentioned.
We then ended the month with another draw against one of the big 4 teams against Arsenal as we continue to slip up and let the other teams around us catch up.

League Table

View attachment 387997

2 draws from us and the Title race is blown wide open as were only a point ahead of Chelsea now and 2 points ahead of Everton and Tottenham. The big plus for us is after the Everton game our last six league matches of the season are against the relegation threatened sides.

Player Stats

View attachment 387995

Diego Costa 6 goals clear of second placed Hernandez in the race for the Golden Boot whilst Mata has dropped out of the top 5 assists chart with Kagawa coming up into second place.

April/May 2015 - Europe

Champions League Quarter Final

1st Leg V Chelsea - Away

View attachment 387984

So we went into an early 2-0 lead over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge before Mandzukic grabbed 2 quick goals in the second leg but Florenzi managed another important Champions League goal putting us into a strong positon for the second leg at home.

2nd leg V Chelsea - Home

View attachment 387971

So we lose the second leg at home but it doesnt matter as we go through on away goals and make it to the Champions League Semi Finals for the second year in a row.

Champions League Semi Final Draw

View attachment 387970

As per my luck we get drawn against the best team left in the tournament Real Madrid.

Champions League Semi Final

1st Leg V Real Madrid - Away

View attachment 387969

Quite an evenly matched game in Madrid but Real new were the net was and to add to our woes Phil Jones got needlessly sent off in the dying seconds of the game.

2nd Leg V Real Madrid - Home

View attachment 387968

Well we managed to get the draw on the night but it was nowhere near good enough to win the tie as we get knocked out of the Champions League Semi Final by a Big Spanish club and the eventual winners for the second year in a row.

Right so thats Europe over and done with for another season up next will be our last couple of months in the league and FA Cup.

FA Cup

So we played Liverpool in the FA Cup Semi Final and after going in at half time 1-0 down i threw everything at them in the second half with an all out attack which paid off as we won 4-1 and set up a big FA Cup Final against Southampton.

FA Cup Final Set

View attachment 387966

April Fixtures

View attachment 387965

A lot of the matches i have already talked about but we did play in 4 league matches amongst all the cup games starting off with a poor bore draw against Everton.
We then have 6 easy fixtures to secure the title and won 3 games in a row against Aston Villa, Nottm Forest and Swansea with Henriquez scoring an impressive 5 goals in 3 league games and is now on an impressive 19 goals for the season.

League Table

View attachment 387964

Top of the table by only 2 points with 3 games to go, its down to us and Tottenham now though with Chelsea in 3rd 7 points off us.

Player Stats

View attachment 387963

Big month up next with the FA Cup Final and the big climax to the Premier League season where we need to win all 3 remaining games.

FA Cup Final V Southampton

View attachment 387882

Comfortable 4-0 victory in the FA Cup Final scoring a couple of goals in each half to pick up our second piece of silverware of the season with the Premier League the last trophy left to play for.

Do the Double

View attachment 387881

May Fixtures

View attachment 387880

Dominant victories in the league over Bolton, Leeds and Crystal Palace with Italian Florenzi in top form once again to help us clinch the Premier League for the second time since i took over.

Treble Complete

View attachment 387879

League Table End

View attachment 387878

So the league was a lot tighter this season as we only won it by 2 points, with Tottenham breathing down our necks all season whilst 2 of the 3 Promoted teams went straight back down along with Fulham.

Player Stats

View attachment 387877

It was all about Diego Costa again this season as he had the highest average rating in the league, was joint top of the most man of the matches and scored the most goals despite not playing as many minutes with the emergence of Henriquez this season.

Summer Transfer Window

Season Expectations

View attachment 387747

So i did all my deals with the initial budget but it was only around ?30Million to play with because of the ****** debt.

Players Out

So a few Man Utd stalwarts left the club with Carrick leaving on a free transfer whilst Danny Welbeck joined Barcelona for just over ?10Million. Arsenal did a double deal with us bringing in Smalling and Schurrle for just over ?20Million for them together whilst a lot of players left on loan for another season including Zaha and Gauld.

Players In

Only 3 players came into the side as i didnt feel the need to bring in a load of youngsters to fill up the squad who would not play.
Here are the 3 transfers.

Dede - DC - ?9.75Million

View attachment 387745

So with Smalling leaving and Jonny Evans refusing to sign a new deal which is up next season i found myself short at the back with Balanta, Mangala and Jones my main 3 centre backs so i plumped for Dede.
He moved from Brazil to Barcelona but didnt make the grade and luckily like i have had to do Barca had to sell him on the cheap as hes now worth double what i bought him for.

Roberto Firmino - AMLRC

View attachment 387743

Everyone from my previous stories knows i love a good bosman signing and the young Brazilian was available for free i had to snap him up to add some depth to the wings as on occasion i have used the outgoing Welbeck on the wing.

Cesc Fabregas - CM/AMC - ?29.5Million

View attachment 387741

Oh yes hes the star siginig i craved this season and will replace Carrick with ease in the midfield, i cant believe he was transfer listed for such a decent price either its nice to see Barca have to sell on the cheap too just like me!
