The first challenge was very rash, I thought he was going to be sent-off. Never saw the second one.

getting the ball is irrelevant. gerrard got the ball when he got sent off, rafal got the ball on his first yellow. getting the ball doesnt it mean it isnt a foul

It was the fact that he dived in studs showing. You can't tackle like that

When players start hurling abuse, they have to remember one thing. Football is to be played with a ball, not by running your mouth
 
Fair play to him for accepting the charges but my frustration is that players do this every week yet they get away with it. The fa needs to be a lot more consistent :S

I suspect that will never happen. But it really is getting beyond a joke. And like you said, fair play for accepting it.
