Basically summing everything up.
Everyone that actually knows about football all agree Wayne Rooney should have been banned - We have already agreed on that.
Everybody also agrees that the rule stopping Rooney from being banned is just stupid - Agreed.
Theres plenty of times that rule has saved many clubs from their player getting a ban and none of you would have complained then.
The arguement is dragging on for pages with the same points that have been already made stupid really :S
