I have a small question, if i were to try and recreate this tatic, as modern tatic how would you go about setting up the team instructions, cause the tatic looks great in the clasic but i wanna try it as a modern tatic so would you be able to post a screen shot of the team instructions if possible, cause im going to test it on my new Mansfield save =)
 
HI.. Some people ask if its best with the first tactic or the new defensiv one W4NKER put up recently.. I tried to figure that out in this way.. Im playing Man Utd and use the first tactic almost all the time.. The only time im using the W4NKER defensiv one is when im playing the better teams but only in away games such as (liverpool, arsenal, chelsea, man city and tottenham) becouse in my game its thoose teams im having the biggest trobles with.. Also in Champions league when i reach the 1/4 finals im using the defensiv one away. All other games home and away the first one is brilliant.. Im halfway through the season and so far its look like this when i play like i say above..

Again a world class tactic and i dont now if this "plan" will do the same for you folks i just thought i will share..
 
This i have to say is one of the best tactics i've used so far in FM12....

I started a game with my beloved Carlisle United, who are predicted 10th in the league, don't have much of a budget and an average squad with a couple of quality players.

Brilliant stats for the 3 of them in my opinion, so far so great. Getting brilliant results against some of the better teams such as Sheff Utd and Preston. Especially proud of the Swansea result! I've been using the original tactic for home games and the defensive tweaked version for away games.

(In the Notts County game my LB was sent off after about 65 mins and they did score a 30 yard beauty)

Will probably update further as i move on. :)
 
Best tactic ive tried so far on this forum..but one QS: I want my midfielders score some goals too but not working with this tactic need som help with it.

started a game to test this tactic with berwick in the scottish 3rd division, so far ive played 5, won 4 drawn 1, scored 24, conceded 6, beat morton from the 1st division and motherwell in the scottish league cup! great tactic!
 
Tip: Use Attacking Movement for home games and Defensive Positioning for away games

Just the original one. Change from Attacking Movement to Defensive Positioning for away games against the better teams
 
After trying many tactics, this is still my favourite and definitely most efficient.

What changes do you suggest me to make to the tactic in order to keep it effective in the second season, thus preventing the AI ​​to get used to my way of playing?
 
In the fourth season,losing a lot of goals but I have a very good defense..Any advice?
 
I'm hibs in the SPL and your tactic was unstoppable for the first half of the season. I was top by 8 points and now it has just turned awful. I lose so many goals and haven't won a game for 8 matches. Could you please give some advice?
