Mr Langvatn FM16 Tactic Center

Hey Mr Langvatn.
I'm an old follower of your work since FM 2013, when you created 4141 Rock. Thanks to that tactic e had the best save in my FM history :P
I've tried one game with your new 343 and i have to say, for the first time my team played in 343, it was amazing. My opposite team couldn't do anything against me. The only problem is that i love so much my full backs and wingers... maybe if i adapt my FB at Side Midfield and my wingers by side with the striker i could get a solution so i dont have to get rid of them? :D
But whatever, what i want to say is thanks for the time you spend with this FM community, and congratulations for all this work ;)
 
maybe i'm just gone blind, as I couldn't find a screen of the 3-4-3 - anyways, is it a flat one, wings, or?

on a side note, how the **** do you find time to make all that awesome work Mr. L with family and work too - looking forward to give some of these tactics a spin :D

I would rather maybe change the Wide midfielders to become very attacking wingbacks instead then, not sure how that will work out though, but worth a try!

It's 3 CD - 2 DM - 2 WM - 3 F9 :) Having a test team helps me get more time to create tactics, while they test! :P
 
Do you think this tactic (3-4-3) could be used with a lower team, such as a Ligue 2 team or any equam team Mr L?

Yes, I think so. Not sure how it would perform as a heavy underdog though, but will be interesting for sure :)

Thanks for your quick answer. I think I'm gonna try it soon with AS Nancy Lorraine, and see what will happen.
 
I'm already working on a v2 of it, to try to make it better in defense, but that's quite hard with no backs :)
 
would you say the 4231 would work well with liverpool, have solid full backs and good AML and AMR
 
thanks for the reply, any particular players i should be looking at? havent had any success with any tactic at all on this game
 
Been using your tactics in my current save... Went from using the 4-2-3-1 and got a 2-0 then ur 3-4-3 came out scored 5-2 win both of my top scorers went down with injuries and it just went down hill from there 2-1 L, 1-0 L and 3-1 L lol **** injuries

Just changed SS role for advanced playmaker for Ozil and one of two's MC with defending

nice results I hope that Si will fix match engine amount of stupid goals is insane in curent game
