Mr L how free are we to change roles?

For example if i choose two defence duties in CMs and attack in AML is this going to make the tactic remain as good as your deafult?

There is only one way to know, and that's to try

The 4231 is outrageously good. Just won the league with Everton in my 2nd season (1st season using the tactic) with no money whatsoever. Signed a couple of youngsters and that's it.

Lukaku has scored 42 goals in 38 games in the league. The play between the front 4 of Mirallas, Barkley, Deulofeu and Lukaku is stunning at times.

I have no idea about players in FM16, as I have yet to start a game for myself! I have only created/tweaked/tested tactics so far, in a custom database, so someone else must answer your question I'm sure that someone in this thread is able to

This will be the first 3-striker tactic from me, and also the first tactic with a "direct" approach, rather than possession!

Will finish the test, then update the tables. I'm pretty sure the new 3-4-3 will easily get to the top. And, after half a season, it has already scored as many goals as many of the other tactics did in a FULL season

Okay, I can easily say that I broke the ME completely offensively now... Imagine what this will be like if I manage to make it better in defense! The ME is so broken, it has no idea how to stop this xD

3-4-3!!! I will also start on a v2 for that one right away, try to make it better in defense Offensively, it's completely insane
