Mr Langvatn FM16 Tactic Center

Just won promotion with Waterford United F.C. with the 4-1-4-1, despite changing to it mid-season and never gaining 100% tactical familiarity. Since the players are all either non-contract or part time, it is hard to learn new tactics. We were solidly mid-table with my homemade 5-2-3/5-2-2-1 (with AMR/AML flanking a lone central striker) before charging up the table to miss out on winning by one point. Promoted via playoffs.

I know I played around with the corner setups, but the one tweak which seemed to help me tremendously was the "shoot less often" player instruction.

Can you be so kind to create one tactic for managers play those leaques?

There is no way to know for sure, as that would require testing on a much larger scale. Overall results are similar to the 3-4-3 from what I've seen so far. Maybe a bit less scoring, but also better in the back.

Thanks :) It is because i am i the middel of a season, and the results go op and down with 3-4-3 :) i am playing with FC United in the conf. north :)
 
I started a new personal save with the Asymmetrical one. Nice start :) This is the first league match :)

I simply can't test in several leagues due to the time issue. You just have to try :)
 
Lol, TWO red cards, one of them very early, and still 61% possession AWAY against Chelsea. Bravo boys! Great work!
 
idk how do you guys test a tactic for a whole season.
everytime a tactic does well, after half a season everything will turn to **** for me.
it seems like the AI will find a good counter against any tactic that does well for half a season.
getting 3 straight losses after a couple of wins while holding 60% possession on each game is ******* me off.
