@jacky33: No, I'm just sharing my experience. Might help people with the same experience ;-).
 
I like the tactics and they have worked for me sometimes, but other times they are very unpredictable. All of the ones I've tried seem to leak goals all the time. I might win 4-1 one game, then lose 2-3 against a worse team the next.
 
What do you recommend?
The 3-2-5 with all the players in their natural postion or the 3-4-3 v3 with 4/5 players in their accomplished position?

Hi Dutchtalent,

When you say "one tweak back", do you mean move the slider to drop them back towards goal once more notch?

Not sure :) The 3-4-3 is stronger overall, but roles are very important in fm16; that players are used in their natural role. You just have to try I think!

There are highlighted attributes for the wide midfielder role in the game. I would say this + marking (since these guys are the only ones marking the opposition team's wide players. Also, crossing is not important.
 
This tactic works wonders for my Leeds, doing very well so far!

Only "problem" well more annoyance is that I "can't" buy central midfielders, and attacking wingers, which I often do. This problem can however be solved by trying to fiddle with the tactic somehow.

However, so far great!

Anyone here that's tried to get central midfielders and attacking wingers to do a more classic 4-2-2-2 formation (or is it 4-2-4?)

I know I said there won't be any more tactics before next patch, but I will probably release ONE more. This one has 3 CM's. No wingers though :P

4-3-3 Heavy Metal (3 CM)

Despite the very offensive formation, I believe this may be one of the most solid ones at the back! (It's also high-scoring)

How do you feel about making a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-2-1
