Sorry guys, but the tactic hasn't reached even close to it's potential yet. Need a few days to polish it :) Will probably then release a few different formations, all the working setups I've tried. I save a copy of every formation that's getting top-tier results (150+).

i test 3-2-5 striker v2 its very good patch 16.3 maybe you can try to see to improve it?

I have a lot of work to do today, but I'll run it through my testsave tonight :) If it does well ish, I'll try to tweak it :P

I modified 2 post striker
middle attacker attacking TM attack
attacking left TM supports
as the ME has trouble with the center and seems to work well :)
 
Totti: I've tested the 3-2-5 in the 16.3 patch now, and it still scores alot, but it concedes big time also :P I don't think that formation is worth going on with. However, a small tweak, taking the IF's down to either ML/MR or Wingbacks might change things.
 
I may have had a big breakthrough in my tactic creation now. The current test is on route to get 170 points in the test! That's absolutely insane. I just hope it keeps up! If it does, it will be released :)
