Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

For people who keep asking about match prep and training, I use my own which is different to what Mr L does and have 3 back to back promotions as champions with Oxford City. So I don think training makes any difference to how affective the tactic is. Just go with your own.

So on the 4-1-4-1 Rock Classic the downward arrow from the striker should not be there?

What do you use?

yeah but 20 goals for a Cm is unreal, the striker became useless. But if you like it, well. But remember, it is unreal,

Indeed it is unreal. After all it is a computer game. Lampard can get 20 goals a year..

I have been using this tactic with Derby and it produced some great results. Howe ever am now in January and the team is still not familiar with the tactic. What am I doing wrong?

Did you run tactics only training from the first friendly match?

Well it had to end eventually!

A run to the semi final will have done our club and nation coefficient the world of good. Eventually one day I aim to have the league winners going straight into the Champions League group stages.

We'll leave with a compliment from Diego Simone..

attack movement what in match prep u use? Nice results there! Tactic itself is banging, but i would like to know what prep best for back to back promotions with Truro, aiming for that i mean :)

Usual Tactics only during pre season, then once fluid I go with Balanced (LOW) 10% training match prep, match prep (Teamwork) all season, and I have all my players on individual role training (HIGH) That way all my players have medium workload and improve to maximum effect the skills important to their role. Tick the rest after match box only. I find with these setting, my team gels quickly and when I look at my *** manager report my players have developed a strong understanding quiet early into the season, and my young players develop quickly. In my Derby save, I had Will Hughes fully developed after 2 and a half seasons, and in England's starting line up mid way in season 2!

I got 3 times champions in a row with Oxford using the training in my previous post.
