i know that your tactic is a beast, but it's very boring, same actions always, 4141 is a very boring tactic, than the striker often scroes less than miedfield....

I don't think over-achieving with most clubs is boring :) The boring part would then be that nothing is a challenge any more.
I don't understand why it's more boring that the midfielders score more than the striker though. For me, it's fun watching a 17 year old netting 20+ goals from the CM position :)

Fifth season update with Hartlepool.

Won FA(second time) + Capital One Cup for the first time.

Finished league at 6th, (previously 8th, 9th) so hopefully champions league push next year ! :D

Lorenzo Cristieg won writers player of the award, he really pushed the game up this season and develops in to one of the best players.

Has anyone had success against other human-controlled teams (network game) with Rock, Rock Classic or any of the tactics in the first post? The Rock 4141 (normal version) is working great as always against CPU-teams on my network game, but does not seem to work so well against other human-made tactics.
 
Just wanted to give a shout mate, i dont know why its taken me so long but this rock tactic is off the hook! well done indeed! You can't seem to lose!!
 
DM is Deep-Lying Playmaker in Rock Classic and GK is normal or sweeper Goalie ? I need this to individual training :)

Not sure if I understand your question here mate. But all tactics made in FMC can also be used in full-mode. The same does not count the other way around.

-Do you recommend Defensive positioning or attacking movement for getting the best out of tactic ?
- Do you set your training level to high or average during the season ?
- Do you give players a rest before and after the match (if not please give your recommendation)

If you are a big/medium high team - attacking movement
medium/ lower team - at home - attacking movement, and away Defensive positioning

I usually go attacking movement and balanced training-high. Rest before and after match.
 
Hey MAN im suing With my Malaga your 442 and i still dont know why this tactic was so bad in your latest tactical testing!!Great tactic by so far!!

It's not bad, it just didn't do as well as the other ones :) And the testing was in England. In Spain, it could be totally different :)

Besides being important having the team morale above good at pre-talk I've choosing the last option of calm (no pressure) with no individual talks. Thanks for sharing it !!!

Heres another pic. I'm @ 2015/16 season and L2 division. Always picking for teamtalks at pre and half time last option of calm and than individual talk (except keeper) assertive you have faith different from what I was previous doing (with no individual talks):

btw I've set the winger man mark the fb and no tight marking (left wing mark right fb and right wing marks left fb)
