Really want to win Champions league next season but unsure on who to bring in? and suggestions or help would be great.
Will be using the same tactic and this is my current 1st team squad with best starting 11.

Well.. I finished the first season, Bayer Leverkusen won Bundesliga, Champions League and German Cup. My striker scored 51 goals in a season. Tactic wonderful

What tactic did you use?
Cause i notice the striker doesent have the back arrow, did you made some adjustments?

4-1-4-1 rock classic , I don't change anything The best role is advanced forward for striker . Training : Balanced - low, Teamwork

It's a looooong time ago that change came

4th. season in PL and my Rochdale team won the League , lost the Capitol to Arsenal despite being the better team, lost the FA semi to Man Utd on penalties, got to the Champions League Quarter final and lost 2-0 agg to Bayern Münich, so all in all a very good season

I don't understand the individual training for this tactic.

I have seen the screenshot. What do I train each player for? And what intensity etc?

pre-season:team cohesion very high-match training bar all the way left-match training teamwork.untick the two boxes.
when tactic is fluid:balanced low-match training bar 10%-match training teamwork.tick rest after match.

I am having a very hard time winning the games i am favorite to win. The game is painful to watch too. What do you guys do when the team simply doesn't create any chances?

are you checking the workload as soon as you set up the training? There is a bug that shows training workloads wrong. If you set the training like I said, then forward the game a few days, then check workload again, it should show correctly. You have general training on low?

You could upload your save game and I can check if you want, see if I can see what it is.

My opinion is that if you don't chance the back four and the dm's settings this tac allows you to experiment with safe.Again thanks Mr L and keep up the good work!
