Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

tour ddmc is more solid in away and home matches for me. tried like 5 teams ddmc impressed me more then others.
like more classic version of tactics

games i played with rock 4-1-4-1 was nothing special. wins yes but for me ddmc is better. and i dont like wizard tactics.dont know why, i play now blue square bet north with vauxhall. using ur 4-4-2 flat and 4-2-3-1 ddmc. 4 wins 1 draw and 1 lost for now. this 2 tactics suit perfect in my team (player's positions). last game i won 7-2 with 4-4-2. 6 goals from left striker.
mb if u could convert 4-1-4-1 in classic.

Ah ye, the 4-4-2 gung ho classic is also very nice :)

I have take the lead of Lazio, in November 2015, they were approximately in the 16th position and i've alterned your 4-4-2 flat with your 4 2 3 1 with 2 CM to finish the season. I've reach 7th position. So it was very successful. So, After i've tested your 4--2-3-1 with 2 DMC to begin my new season. Pronostic was 8th place.

I've used it, and it was very good until my long serie of defeat (last defeat versus sampdoria on my screenshots) So i've changed my mind and use your rock 4-1-4-1 to stop this awful serie ^^' and the result was very good ! I've finish my season in 3th place.

But i've a problem with my DMC (Lorik Cana) et Manuel Torres (DMC but play CM). They have 7.5/10 in average but a lot of red cards and yellow cards. Approximately 20 yellow cards and 4 red cards for each one. 9 games to play 10 vs 11 is a bit too much. (These two players were fantastic during the season exept the red cards :s, i know they are aggressive but 5 red cards each one ^^' ) ==> (All of it during the whole season and it's more or less the same for the two tactics)

What can I do to avoid it ?

To conclude, rock 4-1-4-1 tactic to finish my season was very very impressive ! I've beated Napoli, Inter, Juve, Udinese and draw Roma & Milan. You can see my screenschots.

Nice :) After testing with more teams, I recommend using the 4-4-2 Gung Ho Classic in home matches, and the 4-1-4-1 Rock in away matches. And I know about the red cards :) Hard tackling does that, but we have to live with the cards I'm afraid :) The tactic doesn't work as well with normal/easy tackling. You could try setting them to normal tackling though. On the positive side, in my games at least, my team usually plays better 10 vs 11 :)

In my Leeds game, I've now beaten both Tottenham and Chelsea in the FA cup xD

Ok thxx :) No problem :) It's just a little bit frustrating. At the end of my season i replaced them after their first yellow card ^^' Do you use too with a top team 4-4-2 home and rock tactic away ?

Yeah, that goes for absolutely all teams.

Typical problem this year every player with Aggression 14,15+ are walking red card (this only show how is game full of bugs this year for example my team barca get 4 red cards in first 5 game)

When you say to use the Rock 4-1-4-1 and Gung Ho 4-4-2 are these both classic and if not is converting them to classic going to affect the tactics performance?

u are wrong. reduce tackling for this players in tactic settings, por example, i tested some of mr.langvants tactics and had 3 red cards in few games but all from same position. from different players. and for example Celtic's Wanyama red card or many yellow cards not from agression, but from discussing with referees. so u need train discipline in PPMs. and u r wrong about game full of bugs. just becouse tactic makers cant find engine exploits not mean its full of bugs.
play FM since 2008 and this year more interesting FM i played. my opinion.
