:P LOL Before holiday I mark "use present formation" and "players if it's possible". Motivating conversation with my assistant and where is problem :D ? I come back on important matches in CL nad league. The problem is FM engine after 12.1 FM2012 (where Kolfok's tacs destroyed all opponents) ! Now you make zyliard chances at home agnist MU , Chelsea , Barca - draw or lose 0-1 , away they make fatality on you. Previous editions of FM (fm2010 for example) was Mr.Houhg Tac, I could take Nantes, and make League 1 after one season, and CL after 3. Here CL is imposible ever with PSG, Juve without save-load, save-load before extra important amd difficult matches, so save me trash talking, becouse u know that is some wrong with engine on 13.3.3 . Even if your tactic working about one, two seasons it's going to be trash soon.

Well thats pretty obvious just because a player has a better attribute doesnt mean he would come out on top 10/10 ive just never heard the words RNG before. Steven Gerrard loves this tactics by the way just wish he wasnt 32

You clearly don't have any experience in FM... I'm not dumb, ofc i know about the option "use present formation". I am just saying IT DOESN'T work that way........ He plays the formation, but that's it........ And ur wrong about 13.3.3. It's the most stable version of FM so far.
 
Having problem's with striker atm, every 3rd or 4th game getting rating's of 6 or less

Look , I have plaing in fm's long before you probably :D I remember Premier Manager, first Championship Manager, old FM's with Diabolo where Todorov from Litex was shoting about 100 goals per season XD I haven't so much experience with tactic as like you - I agree, but I had liked start FM , take middle team and had the pleasure of game - now I haven't - sorry but that's frustration , always u had some killer tax on forum :D

I've played CM/FM since the first CM ever released. And I've played a lot every year. And yeah, I also played Premier Manager, but that has nothing to do with FM. I have used the 4-1-4-1 with Leeds too, 1st place first season, then 5th place first season in the EPL. Another guy posted even better results with Leeds here on my thread. It's a great tactic dude. You just have to play the matches yourself. Yeah, I mean your assistant manager only plays the formation in your tactic, without individual settings. And all settings for all players are set individually in this tactic...

Hi. Just wanted to ask two question, do any of the tactics in the first post work in FMC? I don´t have that much time for a save in the "full" version of FM right now. The second question is, the 4-1-4-1 tactic is for both home and away?

Yeah, the 4-1-4-1 works in FMC and works both home and away :)
 
Mr L, player related question...I've got a transfer dilemma, choosing a new DM and I have the option of Leon Brittain (great stats but not really that strong) or Diakite from QPR, good old fashioned DM but not so creative.

Which one would you go for ?
 
look the 4141 is 1 of the best tac i have used 2nd season with juv i won the league with 6 games to go and b4 you say well its juv its still something to win it after 32games

Atm, I'm studying for my exam tomorrow morning, so I can't check that atm :) But I would go for the better one defensively.

It's always been like that. It's just in later years, more and more individual settings came. So the difference between holiday and playing has become bigger every year.
 
If you don't have time to play the full version, play FMC instead of holidaying :P
