4-1-4-1 Rock Classic
This tactic just outstanding, absolutely!
Every time that I played for Krylja Sovetov (Not only in FM 2013, but in 11-12 also) it took me at least 6-7 years to become a champions. But at that moment I've already had a squad with great regens which was only a bit weaker than default squads of Zenit or CSKA (for example).
But now I used my team's default squad with minor changes (Three players were sold and I also signed Dmitry Loskov (Which is 38 years old and had 2.5 stars on that moment) as a free agent and took on loan Starokin (Levski) and Ewerton (Anji).
I have to say that I used Underdog Beast tactic two or three times too, because my opponents had really good teams for those matches.
Btw, when a applied search filters I saw that only two or three players from Krylja Sovetov was found on some positions, but they was from my reserve, so I didn't use them (Well, maybe few substitutions during all the season).

Which players/positions excited me most:
Dmity Loskov (Central Midfielder)

It was his second youth
When I signed this player I was hoping that he can improve middle-line, but even I didn't expect such nice game from him! 16 assists and 4 goals for 24 games was absolutely awesome.
Stanislau Drahun (Central Midfielder)

Another awesome midlfielder which scored amazing 15 goals and 8 assists for 24 games! With Loskov they crushed opponent's defense just like the old mighty Hulk (not Brazilian, but the green guy ^^))
Sergey Kornilenko (Striker)

I knew that he can be a great scorer, but in some of my careers he played not so good so I was very happy when he scored 18 goals total and take third place in Top Goalscrorer list between Rondon, Pavlyuchenko and Eto`O which are muuuch more expensive (In the wage too) players.
Bruno Teles (Defender Left)

I've never seen him in such great shape! He runs across the field every game and even much more expensive and highly rated players couldn't pass through him. Great season.
Evgeny Balyaikin (Midfielder Left)

Actually his best position - DM, but I didn't have enough players to keep an LM position in safe, so I decided to put Balyaikin on left side for a time, where he have only 2.5 stars. But I have to say that it was a good decision and he scored 3 times and made 8 assists which is great.
Verkhovtsov-Ewerton-AmisulashvilI (Central Defenders)

Well, I have not much to say about each of these guys, but together they made a good defensive line in the middle. Of course each of them did some mistakes in a couple of games but it was not so seriously.
Denis Vavilin (Goalkeeper)

At the end of the season my first GK (Veremko) was injured so I had no other choice for that position but Vavilin. He has only 1.5 stars vs 4 stars of Veremko, but missed only 5 goals in 8 matches total. Even against Zenit (4-2), CSKA (2-1) and AnjI (0-0) with their best players he looked very well. 3 goals in such games for such low-rated goalkeeper - it's really good.
The only player which disappointed me was
Luis Caballero (Striker). He is good IRL and in game have nice skills too (Especially for our team) but he defintely couldn't show any of his skills, so I had no other choice but sell him off. So sad
Hope that my post isn't too large. And I also hope that your eyes didn't bleed because of my English
