Hi guys, this is what I have been doing EVERY fm season ending (before new fm come out).. I played the most popular tactics competing against each other.. WITHOUT 'go to holiday'.. bcoz thats not testing.. this time, i want to make it public by sharing and asking for suggestions..

METHODS: PLUG AND PLAY
NO TRANSFERS (IN OR OUT)
AST MANAGER CONTROL MOST TASKS (TEAM TALK, OI, PRESS)
NO ‘GO TO HOLIDAY’ (ATTEND EVERY GAME, EXCEPT FRIENDLIES)

NOTE: THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO FIND THE BEST TACTIC FOR LAZY MANAGERS (PLUG N PLAY), THAT IS WHY 'DO THIS AND DO THAT TACTICS' PROBABLY WONT PERFORM WELL IN THIS TESTING.

btw, should i just plug and play? or there are some 'do this and do that'..
I prefer the plug and play, BUT i don't mind doing few setting up like pitch size, etc..
I will definitely wont do during match instruction..

Jp Woody's tactics are also very good mate I gave you the link to all 3 of my tactics, if you are going to use 1, may I suggest my latest one 4-3-1-2? or the 4-3-3?

Hi guys, I’m back.. Sorry for the wait.. I never go online during the weekend..
Its nice to see that I got lots of input here.. However, there are more than 8 tactics mentioned here.. Not to be disrespectful, but I’m afraid I have to go with the most popular ones first.. Anyway, I was thinking of playing those 8 tactics for at least 3 seasons (as I normally do).. But then I realized there are great tactics out there which are not so popular.. Therefore, I decide to do ONE SEASON PLAY OFF!..

HOW? For example, in the premier league, I plug goals galore on man city VERSUS il devasto on man utd.. I will play them the whole season and whoever finishes second is OUT.. the loser will be replaced by another tactic mentioned here.. I hope this is fair..

Now, I have started a new game but have not plug the tactic yet.. here is what I have:
ENG: Man utd and Man city
FRA: Marseille and Lyon
ITA: Inter and Milan
SPA: Barca and R.Madrid

DO YOU THINK THEY ARE THE BEST TWO IN THEIR RESPECTIVE LEAGUE?

Goals Galore (I’m sure I don’t have to explain why)
Il Devasto (based on popularity and personal experience)
MrHough (comments and replies)
Raikan (same as above)
JPwoody (known reliability)
Laffles (never thought of it, BUT I trust ‘The Better Half’ judgment on this one)
Brobs (strong recommendations)
Last one: Sahar OR xenon OR Harrier OR Zero Sea????

I have got all of these tactics, my problem is I’m not sure if they are the best version for each tactic..
Can you guys upload their best version?? Just the TACTIC, not the THREAD page..
It take days for me to get Mr Hough, bcoz the link is not accessible for me..

About Sahar/Xenon/Harrier/Zero sea, which one should I take? I have heard about Sahar and Harrier but honestly never heard of Xenon before.. tried Zero sea before, not so successful but its very popular..
I need to decide soon, cant wait to start..
